1Der HERR ist König! Er hat sich gekleidet in Hoheit; in Hoheit hat der HERR sich gekleidet, mit Kraft umgürtet, auch der Erdkreis steht fest, so daß er nicht wankt.

2Fest steht dein Thron von Anbeginn, von Ewigkeit her bist du.

3Fluten erhoben, o HERR, Fluten erhoben ihr Brausen, Fluten werden (auch weiter) ihr Tosen erheben –

4mächtiger als das Brausen gewaltiger Wasser, mächtiger als die brandenden Meereswogen ist der HERR in der Himmelshöhe!

5Was du verordnet hast, ist völlig zuverlässig, deinem Hause gebührt Heiligkeit, o HERR, für die Dauer der Zeiten.

2Firme es tu trono desde entonces: tú eres eternalmente.

4Jehová en las alturas es más poderoso que el estruendo de las muchas aguas, más que las recias ondas de la mar.

5Tus testimonios son muy firmes: la santidad conviene á tu casa, oh Jehová, por los siglos y para siempre.

1The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.

2Thy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting.

3The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves.

4The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.

5Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O LORD, for ever.
