Sainte Bible libre pour le monde
1Le Puissant, Dieu, le SEIGNEUR, parle, et il convoque la terre, du lever du soleil jusqu'à son coucher.
2De Sion, la perfection de la beauté, Dieu resplendit.
3Notre Dieu vient, et il ne garde pas le silence. Un feu dévorant le précède. Une violente tempête l'environne.
4Il crie vers les cieux en haut, et vers la terre, pour juger son peuple :
5« Rassemblez-moi mes fidèles, ceux qui ont fait alliance avec moi par le sacrifice. »
6Les cieux proclameront sa justice, car c'est Dieu lui-même qui est juge. Sélah.
7« Écoute, mon peuple, et je parlerai. Israël, je témoignerai contre toi. Je suis Dieu, ton Dieu.
8Ce n'est pas pour tes sacrifices que je te fais des reproches. Tes holocaustes sont continuellement devant moi.
9Je n'ai pas besoin d'un taureau de ton étable, ni de boucs de tes bergeries.
10Car tous les animaux de la forêt sont à moi, ainsi que les bêtes sur mille montagnes.
11Je connais tous les oiseaux des montagnes. Les bêtes sauvages des champs m'appartiennent.
12Si j'avais faim, je ne te le dirais pas, car le monde est à moi, avec tout ce qu'il contient.
13Est-ce que je mange la chair des taureaux, ou est-ce que je bois le sang des boucs ?
14Offre à Dieu un sacrifice d'actions de grâces. Accomplis tes vœux envers le Très-Haut.
15Invoque-moi au jour de la détresse. Je te délivrerai, et tu m'honoreras. »
16Mais Dieu dit au méchant : « Quel droit as-tu d'énumérer mes statuts, et d'avoir mon alliance à la bouche,
17toi qui détestes l'instruction, et qui jettes mes paroles derrière toi ?
18Si tu vois un voleur, tu t'allies à lui, et tu fais cause commune avec les adultères.
19« Tu livres ta bouche au mal. Ta langue tisse la tromperie.
20Tu t'assieds et tu parles contre ton frère. Tu calomnies le fils de ta mère.
21Voilà ce que tu as fait, et j'ai gardé le silence. Tu as pensé que j'étais exactement comme toi. Mais je te réprimanderai, et je te mettrai tout sous les yeux.
22« Prenez donc garde à cela, vous qui oubliez Dieu, de peur que je ne vous déchire, et qu'il n'y ait personne pour vous délivrer.
23Celui qui offre un sacrifice d'actions de grâces me glorifie, et à celui qui veille sur sa voie, je ferai voir le salut de Dieu. »

1Salmo de Asaph. EL Dios de dioses, Jehová, ha hablado, y convocado la tierra desde el nacimiento del sol hasta donde se pone.
2De Sión, perfección de hermosura, ha Dios resplandecido.
3Vendrá nuestro Dios, y no callará: fuego consumirá delante de él, y en derredor suyo habrá tempestad grande.
4Convocará á los cielos de arriba, y á la tierra, para juzgar á su pueblo.
5Juntadme mis santos; los que hicieron conmigo pacto con sacrificio.
6Y denunciarán los cielos su justicia; porque Dios es el juez. (Selah.)
7Oye, pueblo mío, y hablaré: escucha, Israel, y testificaré contra ti: yo soy Dios, el Dios tuyo.
8No te reprenderé sobre tus sacrificios, ni por tus holocaustos, que delante de mí están siempre.
9No tomaré de tu casa becerros, ni machos cabríos de tus apriscos.
10Porque mía es toda bestia del bosque, y los millares de animales en los collados.
11Conozco todas las aves de los montes, y en mi poder están las fieras del campo.
12Si yo tuviese hambre, no te lo diría á ti: porque mío es el mundo y su plenitud.
13¿Tengo de comer yo carne de toros, ó de beber sangre de machos cabríos?
14Sacrifica á Dios alabanza, y paga tus votos al Altísimo.
15E invócame en el día de la angustia: te libraré, y tú me honrarás.
16Pero al malo dijo Dios: ¿Qué tienes tú que enarrar mis leyes, y que tomar mi pacto en tu boca,
17Pues que tú aborreces el castigo, y echas á tu espalda mis palabras?
18Si veías al ladrón, tú corrías con él; y con los adúlteros era tu parte.
19Tu boca metías en mal, y tu lengua componía engaño.
20Tomabas asiento, y hablabas contra tu hermano; contra el hijo de tu madre ponías infamia.
21Estas cosas hiciste, y yo he callado: pensabas que de cierto sería yo como tú: yo te argüiré, y pondrélas delante de tus ojos.
22Entended ahora esto, los que os olvidáis de Dios; no sea que arrebate, sin que nadie libre.
23El que sacrifica alabanza me honrará: y al que ordenare su camino, le mostraré la salud de Dios.

1The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.
2Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined.
3Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.
4He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people.
5Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.
6And the heavens shall declare his righteousness: for God is judge himself. Selah.
7Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against thee: I am God, even thy God.
8I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices or thy burnt offerings, to have been continually before me.
9I will take no bullock out of thy house, nor he goats out of thy folds.
10For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills.
11I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine.
12If I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof.
13Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats?
14Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High:
15And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
16But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or that thou shouldest take my covenant in thy mouth?
17Seeing thou hatest instruction, and castest my words behind thee.
18When thou sawest a thief, then thou consentedst with him, and hast been partaker with adulterers.
19Thou givest thy mouth to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit.
20Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; thou slanderest thine own mother’s son.
21These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes.
22Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver.
23Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God.
World English Bible
1The Mighty One, God, the LORD, speaks, and calls the earth from sunrise to sunset.
2Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God shines out.
3Our God comes, and does not keep silent. A fire devours before him. It is very stormy around him.
4He calls to the heavens above, to the earth, that he may judge his people:
5“Gather my saints together to me, those who have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.”
6The heavens shall declare his righteousness, for God himself is judge. Selah.
7“Hear, my people, and I will speak. Israel, I will testify against you. I am God, your God.
8I don’t rebuke you for your sacrifices. Your burnt offerings are continually before me.
9I have no need for a bull from your stall, nor male goats from your pens.
10For every animal of the forest is mine, and the livestock on a thousand hills.
11I know all the birds of the mountains. The wild animals of the field are mine.
12If I were hungry, I would not tell you, for the world is mine, and all that is in it.
13Will I eat the meat of bulls, or drink the blood of goats?
14Offer to God the sacrifice of thanksgiving. Pay your vows to the Most High.
15Call on me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you will honor me.”
16But to the wicked God says, “What right do you have to declare my statutes, that you have taken my covenant on your lips,
17since you hate instruction, and throw my words behind you?
18When you saw a thief, you consented with him, and have participated with adulterers.
19“You give your mouth to evil. Your tongue frames deceit.
20You sit and speak against your brother. You slander your own mother’s son.
21You have done these things, and I kept silent. You thought that I was just like you. I will rebuke you, and accuse you in front of your eyes.
22“Now consider this, you who forget God, lest I tear you into pieces, and there be no one to deliver.
23Whoever offers the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifies me, and prepares his way so that I will show God’s salvation to him.”
