1Wohl denen, deren Weg unsträflich ist, die nach dem Gesetze Jahwes wandeln.
2Wohl denen, die seine Zeugnisse beachten, ihn von ganzem Herzen suchen,
3auch keinen Frevel verübt haben, sondern auf seinen Wegen gewandelt sind.
4Du hast deine Befehle verordnet, daß man sie eifrig beobachten soll.
5Möchte doch mein Wandel fest sein, daß ich deine Satzungen beobachte.
6Dann werde ich nicht zu Schanden werden, wenn ich auf alle deine Gebote blicke.
7Ich will dich mit redlichem Herzen preisen, wenn ich deine gerechten Ordnungen erlerne.
8Deine Satzungen will ich beobachten: verlaß mich nicht völlig!
9Wodurch kann ein Jüngling seinen Pfad rein erhalten? Indem er deine Satzungen beobachtet gemäß deinem Worte.
10Von ganzem Herzen suche ich dich: laß mich nicht abirren von deinen Geboten!
11In meinem Herzen berge ich dein Wort, damit ich mich nicht an dir versündige.
12Gepriesen seist du, Jahwe; lehre mich deine Satzungen!
13Mit meinen Lippen verkünde ich alle Ordnungen deines Mundes.
14An dem Wege, den deine Zeugnisse gebieten, freue ich mich wie über irgend welchen Reichtum.
15Über deine Befehle will ich sinnen und deine Pfade betrachten.
16An deinen Satzungen will ich mich ergötzen, dein Wort nicht vergessen.
17Thue deinem Knechte wohl, daß ich lebe, so will ich dein Wort beobachten.
18Decke meine Augen auf, damit ich erschaue Wunder aus deinem Gesetz.
19Ein Gast bin ich auf Erden; verbirg deine Gebote nicht vor mir.
20Meine Seele reibt sich auf vor Verlangen nach deinen Ordnungen zu jeder Zeit.
21Du hast die verfluchten Übermütigen bedroht, die von deinen Geboten abirrten.
22Wälze Schmach und Verachtung von mir ab, denn ich habe deine Zeugnisse beachtet.
23Haben auch Fürsten sich hingesetzt, sich wider mich beredet - dein Knecht sinnt über deine Satzungen nach.
24Ja, deine Zeugnisse sind mein Ergötzen, deine Befehle sind meine Berater.
25Meine Seele klebt am Staube; belebe mich gemäß deinem Worte.
26Ich erzählte meine Wege, da erhörtest du mich; lehre mich deine Satzungen.
27Laß mich den Weg, den deine Befehle gebieten, verstehen, so will ich über deine Wunder nachsinnen.
28Meine Seele thränt vor Kummer; richte mich auf gemäß deinem Worte.
29Den Weg der Lüge halte fern von mir und begnadige mich mit deinem Gesetze.
30Den Weg der Treue habe ich erwählt, deine Ordnungen vor mich hingestellt.
31Ich hänge an deinen Zeugnissen; Jahwe, laß mich nicht zu Schanden werden!
32Den Weg deiner Gebote will ich laufen, denn du machst mir das Herz weit.
33Lehre mich, Jahwe, den Weg deiner Satzungen, damit ich ihn bis zuletzt beachte.
34Laß mich einsichtig werden, damit ich dein Gesetz beachte und von ganzem Herzen halte.
35Laß mich auf dem Pfade deiner Gebote einhergehen, denn an ihm habe ich Gefallen.
36Neige mein Herz deinen Zeugnissen zu und nicht dem ungerechten Gewinn.
37Ziehe meine Augen davon ab, daß sie nach Eitlem schauen; belebe mich auf deinen Wegen.
38Erfülle deinem Knechte deine Verheißung, die der Furcht vor dir gegeben ist.
39Laß die Schmach, die ich fürchte, an mir vorübergehen; denn deine Ordnungen sind gut.
40Fürwahr, mich verlangt nach deinen Befehlen; belebe mich durch deine Gerechtigkeit.
41Mögen deine Gnadenerweisungen, Jahwe, über mich kommen, dein Heil gemäß deiner Verheißung,
42daß ich dem, der mich lästert, etwas antworten kann; denn ich vertraue auf dein Wort.
43Und entziehe meinem Munde nicht völlig das Wort der Wahrheit, denn auf deine Gerichte harre ich.
44Und ich will dein Gesetz beständig beobachten, immer und ewig,
45so werde ich in weitem Raume wandeln, denn ich habe deine Befehle gesucht.
46Und ich will von deinen Zeugnissen vor Königen reden und mich nicht schämen.
47Ich ergötze mich an deinen Geboten, die ich lieb gewonnen habe.
48Und ich erhebe meine Hände zu deinen Geboten, die ich lieb gewonnen, und will nachsinnen über deine Satzungen.
49Gedenke des Worts an deinen Knecht, dieweil du mich harren ließest.
50Das ist mein Trost in meinem Elend, daß mich dein Wort neu belebte.
51Übermütige haben mich gar sehr verspottet; von deinem Gesetze bin ich nicht abgewichen.
52Ich gedachte deiner Gerichte von Uralters her, Jahwe, da tröstete ich mich.
53Zornglut hat mich erfaßt wegen der Gottlosen, die dein Gesetz verlassen.
54Anlaß zu Lobpreis wurden mir deine Satzungen da, wo ich als Fremdling weile.
55Ich gedachte des Nachts an deinen Namen, Jahwe, und beobachtete dein Gesetz.
56Solches ward mir zu teil, denn ich habe deine Befehle beachtet.
57Ich sprach: Mein Teil ist, Jahwe, deine Worte zu beobachten.
58Von ganzem Herzen habe ich deine Gunst gesucht; sei mir gnädig gemäß deiner Verheißung.
59Ich überdachte meine Wege und lenkte meine Füße deinen Zeugnissen zu.
60Ich eilte und zauderte nicht, deine Gebote zu beobachten.
61Die Stricke der Gottlosen umgaben mich; dein Gesetz habe ich nicht vergessen.
62Mitten in der Nacht erhebe ich mich, dir wegen deiner gerechten Ordnungen zu danken.
63Ich bin ein Genosse aller derer, die dich fürchten und deine Befehle beobachten.
64Von deiner Gnade, Jahwe, ist die Erde voll; lehre mich deine Satzungen.
65Du hast deinem Knechte Gutes erwiesen, Jahwe, gemäß deinem Worte.
66Rechte Einsicht und Erkenntnis lehre mich, denn ich vertraue auf deine Gebote.
67Bevor ich gedemütigt ward, ging ich irre, nun aber beobachte ich dein Wort.
68Gütig bist du und thust wohl; lehre mich deine Satzungen.
69Die Übermütigen haben mir Lüge angedichtet; ich aber beachte von ganzem Herzen deine Befehle.
70Stumpf wie Fett ist ihr Sinn; ich aber ergötze mich an deinem Gesetze.
71Es war heilsam für mich, daß ich gedemütigt ward, damit ich deine Satzungen lernte.
72Das Gesetz deines Mundes ist köstlicher für mich, als Tausende Goldes und Silbers.
73Deine Hände haben mich geschaffen und bereiteten mich; laß mich einsichtig werden, damit ich deine Gebote lerne.
74Die dich fürchten, werden mich sehen und sich freuen, denn ich harre auf dein Wort.
75Ich weiß, Jahwe, daß deine Gerichte gerecht sind, und daß du in Treue mich gedemütigt hast.
76Möchte doch deine Gnade dienen, mich zu trösten, nach deiner Verheißung an deinen Knecht.
77Möchte dein Erbarmen über mich kommen, daß ich lebe, denn dein Gesetz ist mein Ergötzen.
78Laß die Übermütigen zu Schanden werden, weil sie mich ohne Grund gebeugt haben; ich sinne nach über deine Befehle.
79Mir mögen sich zuwenden, die dich fürchten und die deine Zeugnisse kennen.
80Möge mein Herz in deinen Satzungen unsträflich sein, damit ich nicht zu Schanden werde.
81Meine Seele schmachtet nach deinem Heil; ich harre auf dein Wort.
82Meine Augen schmachten nach deinem Wort und fragen: “Wann wirst du mich trösten?”
83Denn ich gleiche einem Schlauch im Rauche; deine Satzungen habe ich nicht vergessen.
84Wie viel sind der Lebenstage deines Knechts? Wann wirst du an meinen Verfolgern das Gericht vollstrecken?
85Die Übermütigen haben mir Gruben gegraben, sie, die deinem Gesetze nicht entsprechen.
86Alle deine Gebote sind Wahrheit. Ohne Grund verfolgen sie mich: hilf mir!
87Gar leicht hätten sie mich auf Erden aufgerieben, obgleich ich von deinen Befehlen nicht gelassen habe.
88Gemäß deiner Gnade erhalte mich am Leben, damit ich das Zeugnis deines Mundes beobachte.
89Auf ewig, Jahwe, steht dein Wort im Himmel fest.
90Durch alle Geschlechter währt deine Treue; du hast die Erde hingestellt und sie blieb stehen.
91Nach deinen Ordnungen stehen sie noch heut, denn das alles sind deine Diener.
92Wenn nicht dein Gesetz mein Ergötzen gewesen wäre, so wäre ich vergangen in meinem Elend.
93Nimmermehr will ich deine Befehle vergessen, denn durch sie hast du mich am Leben erhalten.
94Dein bin ich, hilf mir! denn ich suche deine Befehle.
95Die Gottlosen haben auf mich gelauert, mich umzubringen. Ich merke auf deine Zeugnisse.
96Von allem sonstigen Umfang habe ich ein Ende gesehen: überaus weitreichend ist dein Gebot.
97Wie liebe ich dein Gesetz! Allezeit ist es mein Sinnen.
98Dein Gebot macht mich weiser, als es meine Feinde sind, denn es ist für immer mein.
99Ich bin klüger als alle, die mich gelehrt haben, denn deine Zeugnisse sind mein Sinnen.
100Ich bin einsichtiger als Greise, denn ich beachte deine Befehle.
101Von jedem schlimmen Pfade hielt ich meine Füße zurück, um dein Wort zu beobachten.
102Von deinen Ordnungen wich ich nicht, denn du unterwiesest mich.
103Wie süß sind meinem Gaumen deine Verheißungen, süßer als Honig meinem Munde.
104Durch deine Befehle werde ich einsichtig, darum hasse ich jeden Lügenpfad.
105Dein Wort ist meines Fußes Leuchte und ein Licht für meinen Pfad.
106Ich habe geschworen und hielt es, deine gerechten Ordnungen zu beobachten.
107Ich bin schwer gebeugt; Jahwe, belebe mich nach deinem Worte.
108Laß dir, Jahwe, die freiwilligen Opfer meines Mundes gefallen und lehre mich deine Ordnungen.
109Ich trage mein Leben beständig in meiner Hand und habe dein Gesetz nicht vergessen.
110Die Gottlosen haben mir eine Schlinge gelegt, und von deinen Befehlen bin ich nicht abgeirrt.
111Ich habe deine Zeugnisse für immer zum Besitz erhalten, denn sie sind die Wonne meines Herzens.
112Ich neige mein Herz dazu, nach deinen Satzungen zu thun, für immer, bis zuletzt.
113Zwiespältige hasse ich und dein Gesetz habe ich lieb.
114Du bist mein Schirm und mein Schild, auf dein Wort harre ich.
115Weicht von mir, ihr Bösewichter, daß ich die Gebote meines Gottes beachte.
116Stütze mich deiner Verheißung gemäß, daß ich lebe, und laß mich mit meiner Hoffnung nicht zu Schanden werden.
117Stärke mich, daß mir geholfen werde, so will ich mich an deinen Satzungen beständig ergötzen.
118Du verwirfst alle, die sich von deinen Satzungen verirren, denn fruchtlos ist ihr Trügen.
119Für Schlacken erachtest du alle Gottlosen auf Erden; darum liebe ich deine Zeugnisse.
120Mein Leib schaudert aus Furcht vor dir, und ich bange vor deinen Gerichten.
121Ich habe Recht und Gerechtigkeit geübt; überlasse mich nicht meinen Unterdrückern.
122Tritt für deinen Knecht zu seinem Heile ein; laß die Übermütigen mich nicht unterdrücken.
123Meine Augen schmachten nach deiner Hilfe und nach deinem gerechten Spruche.
124Verfahre mit deinem Knechte deiner Gnade gemäß und lehre mich deine Satzungen.
125Dein Knecht bin ich; laß mich einsichtig werden, damit ich deine Zeugnisse erkenne.
126Zeit ist's zu handeln für Jahwe; sie haben dein Gesetz gebrochen.
127Darum liebe ich deine Gebote mehr als Gold und als Feingold.
128Darum halte ich alle deine Befehle für recht; jeden Lügenpfad hasse ich.
129Wunderbar sind deine Zeugnisse; darum hat sie meine Seele beachtet.
130Das Thor deiner Worte leuchtet, macht die Einfältigen verständig.
131Ich sperre meinen Mund auf und lechze, denn mich verlangt nach deinen Geboten.
132Wende dich zu mir und sei mir gnädig, nach dem Rechte derer, die deinen Namen lieben.
133Festige meine Tritte in deinem Wort und laß keinerlei Böses über mich herrschen.
134Erlöse mich von Menschenbedrückung, damit ich deine Befehle halte.
135Laß deinem Knechte dein Antlitz leuchten und lehre mich deine Satzungen.
136Von Wasserbächen strömten meine Augen über, weil sie dein Gesetz nicht beobachtet haben.
137Du bist gerecht, Jahwe, und deine Ordnungen sind recht.
138Du hast in Gerechtigkeit deine Zeugnisse geboten und in Treue überaus.
139Mich hat mein Eifer verzehrt, weil meine Bedränger deine Worte vergaßen.
140Dein Wort ist überaus geläutert, und dein Knecht hat es lieb.
141Ich bin klein und verachtet; deine Befehle vergaß ich nicht.
142Deine Gerechtigkeit ist Gerechtigkeit für immer, und dein Gesetz ist Wahrheit.
143Not und Drangsal haben mich betroffen; deine Gebote sind mein Ergötzen.
144Gerechtigkeit sind deine Zeugnisse für immer; laß mich einsichtig werden, damit ich lebe.
145Ich rufe von ganzem Herzen: Erhöre mich, Jahwe! Deine Satzungen will ich beachten.
146Ich rufe dich, hilf mir, damit ich deine Satzungen beobachte.
147Ich komme der Morgendämmerung zuvor und schreie, indem ich harre auf dein Wort.
148Meine Augen kommen den Nachtwachen zuvor, um über dein Wort nachzusinnen.
149Höre meine Stimme gemäß deiner Gnade; Jahwe, deinen Ordnungen gemäß belebe mich.
150Nahe sind, die mich mit Arglist verfolgen, sich von deinem Gesetze fernhalten;
151aber du bist nahe, Jahwe, und alle deine Gebote sind Wahrheit.
152Von längst her weiß ich aus deinen Zeugnissen, daß du sie für ewig gegründet hast.
153Siehe mein Elend und reiße mich heraus, denn dein Gesetz vergaß ich nicht.
154Führe meine Sache und erlöse mich; deiner Verheißung gemäß belebe mich.
155Den Gottlosen bleibt die Hilfe fern, denn sie fragen nichts nach deinen Satzungen.
156Deine Barmherzigkeit ist groß, Jahwe; deinen Ordnungen gemäß belebe mich.
157Zahlreich sind meine Verfolger und Bedränger; von deinen Zeugnissen wich ich nicht ab.
158Ich gewahrte Abtrünnige und empfand Ekel - solche, die dein Wort nicht beobachteten.
159Sieh, daß ich deine Befehle liebe; Jahwe, deiner Gnade gemäß belebe mich.
160Die Summe deines Worts ist Treue, und auf ewig währt alle deine gerechte Ordnung.
161Fürsten verfolgen mich ohne Ursache, und vor deinem Worte bebt mein Herz.
162Ich bin erfreut über deine Verheißung wie einer, der große Beute fand.
163Lüge hasse und verabscheue ich; dein Gesetz habe ich lieb.
164Siebenmal des Tages preise ich dich wegen deiner gerechten Ordnungen.
165Großes Heil wird denen, die dein Gesetz lieb haben, und es giebt für sie keinen Anstoß.
166Ich hoffe auf deine Hilfe, Jahwe; habe ich doch nach deinen Geboten gethan.
167Meine Seele hat deine Zeugnisse beobachtet, und ich gewann sie überaus lieb.
168Ich habe deine Befehle und deine Zeugnisse beobachtet, denn alle meine Wege sind dir gegenwärtig.
169Mein Jammern komme nahe vor dein Angesicht, Jahwe; deinem Worte gemäß laß mich einsichtig werden.
170Mein Flehen komme vor dein Angesicht; deiner Verheißung gemäß errette mich.
171Meine Lippen sollen Lobpreis ausströmen, denn du lehrst mich deine Satzungen.
172Meine Zunge soll von deinem Worte singen, denn alle deine Gebote sind Gerechtigkeit.
173Möge deine Hand bereit sein, mir zu helfen, denn deine Befehle habe ich erwählt.
174Mich verlangt nach deiner Hilfe, Jahwe, und dein Gesetz ist mein Ergötzen.
175Möge meine Seele leben, daß sie dich preise, und deine Gerichte mögen mir helfen.
176Ich gehe in der Irre: wie ein verlorenes Schaf suche deinen Knecht; denn deine Gebote vergaß ich nicht.

2Bienaventurados los que guardan sus testimonios, y con todo el corazón le buscan:
3Pues no hacen iniquidad los que andan en sus caminos.
4Tú encargaste que sean muy guardados tus mandamientos.
5¡Ojalá fuesen ordenados mis caminos á observar tus estatutos!
6Entonces no sería yo avergonzado, cuando atendiese á todos tus mandamientos.
7Te alabaré con rectitud de corazón, cuando aprendiere los juicios de tu justicia.
8Tus estatutos guardaré: no me dejes enteramente.
9BETH ¿Con qué limpiará el joven su camino? Con guardar tu palabra.
10Con todo mi corazón te he buscado: no me dejes divagar de tus mandamientos.

27Hazme entender el camino de tus mandamientos, y hablaré de tus maravillas.

39Quita de mí el oprobio que he temido: porque buenos son tus juicios.
40He aquí yo he codiciado tus mandamientos: vivifícame en tu justicia.

42Y daré por respuesta á mi avergonzador, que en tu palabra he confiado.
43Y no quites de mi boca en ningún tiempo la palabra de verdad; porque á tu juicio espero.

45Y andaré en anchura, porque busqué tus mandamientos.
46Y hablaré de tus testimonios delante de los reyes, y no me avergonzaré.
47Y deleitaréme en tus mandamientos, que he amado.
48Alzaré asimismo mis manos á tus mandamientos, que amé; y meditaré en tus estatutos.
49ZAIN. Acuérdate de la palabra dada á tu siervo, en la cual me has hecho esperar.
50Esta es mi consuelo en mi aflicción: porque tu dicho me ha vivificado.
51Los soberbios se burlaron mucho de mí: mas no me he apartado de tu ley.
52Acordéme, oh Jehová, de tus juicios antiguos, y consoléme.
53Horror se apoderó de mí, á causa de los impíos que dejan tu ley.
54Cánticos me fueron tus estatutos en la mansión de mis peregrinaciones.
55Acordéme en la noche de tu nombre, oh Jehová, y guardé tu ley.
56Esto tuve, porque guardaba tus mandamientos.

62A media noche me levantaba á alabarte sobre los juicios de tu justicia.

66Enséñame bondad de sentido y sabiduría; porque tus mandamientos he creído.
67Antes que fuera yo humillado, descarriado andaba; mas ahora guardo tu palabra.
68Bueno eres tú, y bienhechor: enséñame tus estatutos.
69Contra mí forjaron mentira los soberbios: mas yo guardaré de todo corazón tus mandamientos.
70Engrasóse el corazón de ellos como sebo; mas yo en tu ley me he deleitado.
71Bueno me es haber sido humillado, para que aprenda tus estatutos.
72Mejor me es la ley de tu boca, que millares de oro y plata.
73JOD. Tus manos me hicieron y me formaron: hazme entender, y aprenderé tus mandamientos.
74Los que te temen, me verán, y se alegrarán; porque en tu palabra he esperado.
75Conozco, oh Jehová, que tus juicios son justicia, y que conforme á tu fidelidad me afligiste.
76Sea ahora tu misericordia para consolarme, conforme á lo que has dicho á tu siervo.
77Vengan á mí tus misericordias, y viva; porque tu ley es mi deleite.
78Sean avergonzados los soberbios, porque sin causa me han calumniado: yo empero, meditaré en tus mandamientos.
79Tórnense á mí los que te temen y conocen tus testimonios.
80Sea mi corazón íntegro en tus estatutos; porque no sea yo avergonzado.
81CAPH. Desfallece mi alma por tu salud, esperando en tu palabra.
82Desfallecieron mis ojos por tu palabra, diciendo: ¿Cuándo me consolarás?
83Porque estoy como el odre al humo; mas no he olvidado tus estatutos.
84¿Cuántos son los días de tu siervo? ¿cuándo harás juicio contra los que me persiguen?
85Los soberbios me han cavado hoyos; mas no obran según tu ley.
86Todos tus mandamientos son verdad: sin causa me persiguen; ayúdame.
87Casi me han echado por tierra: mas yo no he dejado tus mandamientos.
88Vivifícame conforme á tu misericordia; y guardaré los testimonios de tu boca.
89LAMED. Para siempre, oh Jehová, permanece tu palabra en los cielos.
90Por generación y generación es tu verdad: tú afirmaste la tierra, y persevera.
91Por tu ordenación perseveran hasta hoy las cosas criadas; porque todas ellas te sirven.
92Si tu ley no hubiese sido mis delicias, ya en mi aflicción hubiera perecido.
93Nunca jamás me olvidaré de tus mandamientos; porque con ellos me has vivificado.
94Tuyo soy yo, guárdame; porque he buscado tus mandamientos.

105Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path.
