O homicida deve morar na cidade de refúgio até a morte do sumo sacerdote. Somente depois da morte do sumo sacerdote o homicida voltará à sua propriedade.

Pues en su ciudad de refugio deberá aquél habitar hasta que muera el gran sacerdote: y después que muriere el gran sacerdote, el homicida volverá á la tierra de su posesión.
