47von der den Israeliten zukommenden Hälfte also nahm Mose immer ein Stück, das er aus je fünfzig Stück herausgegriffen hatte, sowohl von den Menschen als auch vom Vieh und übergab sie den Leviten, die den Dienst an der Wohnung des HERRN zu verrichten hatten, wie der HERR dem Mose geboten hatte.
