1Depois que terminou a praga, o Senhor disse a Moisés e a Eleazar, filho do sacerdote Arão:
2“Façam um recenseamento de todos os homens de Israel de vinte anos de idade para cima que são capazes de ir para a guerra”.
3Israel estava acampado nas campinas de Moabe ao lado do rio Jordão, do outro lado de Jericó, quando Moisés e o sacerdote Eleazar falaram com os líderes das tribos de Israel e disseram:
4“Façam um recenseamento dos homens de vinte anos para cima”, conforme o Senhor tinha ordenado a Moisés. Estes foram os israelitas que saíram do Egito:
5Os descendentes de Rúben, filho mais velho de Israel, foram: os enoquitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Enoque; os paluítas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Palu;
6os hezronitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Hezrom; os carmitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Carmi.
7Foram contados dos grupos de famílias de Rúben 43.730 homens.
8O filho de Palu foi Eliabe,
9e os filhos de Eliabe foram Nemuel, Datã e Abirão. Datã e Abirão foram os dois líderes que se reuniram com Coré e se rebelaram contra Moisés e Arão, e contra o próprio Senhor!
10Mas a terra se abriu e os engoliu juntamente com Coré, e o fogo queimou 250 homens, seguidores deles. Isso serviu de advertência para todo o povo.
11Mas os filhos de Coré não morreram.
12Os descendentes de Simeão segundo os seus grupos de famílias foram: os nemuelitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Nemuel; os jaminitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Jamim; os jaquinitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Jaquim;
13os zeraítas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Zerá; os saulitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Saul.
14Foram contados dos grupos de famílias de Simeão 22.200 homens.
15Os descendentes de Gade segundo os seus grupos de famílias foram: os zefonitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Zefom; os hagitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Hagi; os sunitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Suni;
16os oznitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Ozni; os eritas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Eri;
17os aroditas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Arodi; os arelitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Areli.
18Foram contados dos grupos de famílias de Gade 40.500 homens.
19Além de Er e Onã que morreram na terra de Canaã,
20os descendentes de Judá segundo os grupos de famílias foram: os selanitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Selá; os perezitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Perez; os zeraítas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Zerá.
21Os descendentes de Perez foram: os hezronitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Hezrom; os hamulitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Hamul.
22Foram contados dos grupos de famílias de Judá 76.500 homens.
23Os descendentes de Issacar segundo os seus grupos de famílias foram: os tolaítas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Tolá; os puvitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Puva;
24os jasubitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Jasube; os sinronitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Sinrom.
25Foram contados dos grupos de famílias de Issacar 64.300 homens.
26Os descendentes de Zebulom segundo os seus grupos de famílias foram: os sereditas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Serede; os elonitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Elom; os jaleelitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Jaleel.
27Foram contados dos grupos de famílias de Zebulom 60.500 homens.
28Os descendentes de José segundo os seus grupos de famílias, por meio de Manassés e Efraim, foram:
29Os descendentes de Manassés foram: os maquiritas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Maquir, filho de Manassés. Maquir teve um filho chamado Gileade, de onde vem a família dos gileaditas.
30Estes foram os descendentes de Gileade: os jezeritas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Jezer; os helequitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Heleque;
31os asrielitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Asriel; os siquemitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Siquém;
32os semidaítas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Semida; os heferitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Héfer.
33Mas Zelofeade, filho de Héfer, não teve filhos, apenas filhas, que foram: Maalá, Noa, Hogla, Milca e Tirza.
34Foram contados dos grupos de famílias de Manassés 52.700 homens.
35Os descendentes de Efraim segundo os seus grupos de famílias foram: os sutelaítas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Sutela; os bequeritas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Bequer; os taanitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Taã.
36Estes foram os descendentes de Sutela: a família dos eramitas surgiu de Erã, filho de Sutela.
37Foram contados dos grupos de famílias de Efraim 32.500 homens. Esses foram os descendentes de José segundo os seus grupos de famílias.
38Os descendentes de Benjamim segundo os seus grupos de famílias foram: os belaítas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Belá; os asbelitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Asbel; os airamitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Airã;
39os sufamitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Sufã; os hufamitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Hufã.
40Surgiram duas famílias a partir dos filhos de Belá: os arditas que tinham esse nome por causa de Arde, e os naamitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Naamã.
41Foram contados dos grupos de famílias de Benjamim 45.600 homens.
42Os descendentes de Dã segundo os seus grupos de famílias foram: os suamitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Suã, filho de Dã. Esses foram os grupos de famílias de Dã
43Foram contados dos grupos de famílias de Dã (todos eles dos grupos de famílias suamitas) 64.400 homens.
44Os descendentes de Aser segundo os seus grupos de famílias foram: os imnaítas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Imna; os isvitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Isvi; os beriaítas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Berias.
45Surgiram duas famílias a partir dos filhos de Berias: os heberitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Héber, e os malquielitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Malquiel.
46Aser teve uma filha chamada Sera.
47Foram contados dos grupos de famílias de Aser 53.400 homens.
48Os descendentes de Naftali segundo os seus grupos de famílias foram: os jazeelitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Jazeel; os gunitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Guni;
49os jezeritas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Jezer; os silemitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Silém.
50Foram contados dos grupos de famílias de Naftali 45.400 homens.
51O número total de homens contados em Israel foi de 601.730.
52Então o Senhor disse a Moisés:
53“A terra será dividida entre eles como herança, de acordo com o recenseamento.
54A um grupo de famílias maior dê uma herança maior, e a um grupo de famílias menor, uma herança menor; cada um receberá a herança proporcional ao seu número de homens contados.
55A terra será repartida por sorteio. Cada um herdará sua parte de acordo com o nome da tribo de seus pais.
56Os líderes das tribos maiores devem se reunir para sortear os pedaços maiores de terra entre si, e os líderes das tribos menores devem se reunir para sortear os pedaços de terra menores entre si”.
57E estas são as famílias dos levitas contadas no recenseamento de acordo com os seus grupos de famílias: os gersonitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Gérson; os coatitas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Coate; os meraritas, que tinham esse nome por causa de Merari.
58E também havia os seguintes grupos de famílias entre os levitas: os libnitas, os hebronitas, os malitas, os musitas e os coreítas. E Coate era o pai de Anrão.
59Quando Levi estava no Egito, teve uma filha chamada Joquebede que se casou com Anrão, filho de Coate. E os filhos de Anrão e Joquebede foram Moisés, Arão e Miriã.
60E os filhos de Arão foram Nadabe, Abiú, Eleazar e Itamar,
61mas Nadabe e Abiú morreram quando ofereceram ao Senhor fogo que não era sagrado.
62O número total de levitas contados do sexo masculino de um mês para cima foi de 23.000. Eles não foram contados junto com os outros israelitas porque não receberam propriedade na divisão da terra entre as tribos.
63Foram estes os que foram contados por Moisés e o sacerdote Eleazar, nas campinas de Moabe ao lado do rio Jordão, do outro lado de Jericó.
64Nenhum deles estava entre os israelitas que foram contados por Moisés e o sacerdote Arão no deserto de Sinai,
65porque o Senhor havia dito que aqueles israelitas iriam morrer no deserto. Nenhum deles sobreviveu, exceto Calebe, filho de Jefoné, e Josué, filho de Num.

1Y ACONTECIÓ después de la mortandad, que Jehová habló á Moisés, y á Eleazar hijo del sacerdote Aarón, diciendo:
2Tomad la suma de toda la congregación de los hijos de Israel, de veinte años arriba, por las casas de sus padres, todos los que puedan salir á la guerra en Israel.
3Y Moisés y Eleazar el sacerdote hablaron con ellos en los campos de Moab, junto al Jordán de Jericó, diciendo:
4Contaréis el pueblo de veinte años arriba, como mandó Jehová á Moisés y á los hijos de Israel, que habían salido de tierra de Egipto.
5Rubén primogénito de Israel: los hijos de Rubén: Hanoc, del cual era la familia de los Hanochîtas; de Phallú, la familia de los Phalluitas;
6De Hesrón, la familia de los Hesronitas; de Carmi, la familia de los Carmitas.
7Estas son las familias de los Rubenitas: y sus contados fueron cuarenta y tres mil setecientos y treinta.
8Y los hijos de Phallú: Eliab.
9Y los hijos de Eliab: Nemuel, y Dathán, y Abiram. Estos Dathán y Abiram fueron los del consejo de la congregación, que hicieron el motín contra Moisés y Aarón con la compañía de Coré, cuando se amotinaron contra Jehová;
10Que la tierra abrió su boca y tragó á ellos y á Coré, cuando aquella compañía murió, cuando consumió el fuego doscientos y cincuenta varones, los cuales fueron por señal.
11Mas los hijos de Coré no murieron.
12Los hijos de Simeón por sus familias: de Nemuel, la familia de los Nemuelitas; de Jamín, la familia de los Jaminitas; de Jachîn, la familia de los Jachînitas;
13De Zera, la familia de los Zeraitas; de Saul, la familia de los Saulitas.
14Estas son las familias de los Simeonitas, veinte y dos mil y doscientos.
15Los hijos de Gad por sus familias: de Zephón, la familia de los Zephonitas; de Aggi, la familia de los Aggitas; de Suni, la familia de los Sunitas;
16De Ozni, la familia de los Oznitas; de Eri, la familia de los Eritas;
17De Aroz, la familia de los Aroditas; de Areli, la familia de los Arelitas.
18Estas son las familias de Gad, por sus contados, cuarenta mil y quinientos.
19Los hijos de Judá: Er y Onán; y Er y Onán murieron en la tierra de Canaán.
20Y fueron los hijos de Judá por sus familias: de Sela, la familia de los Selaitas; de Phares, la familia de los Pharesitas; de Zera, la familia de los Zeraitas.

26Los hijos de Zabulón por sus familias: de Sered, la familia de los Sereditas; de Elón, la familia de los Elonitas; de Jalel, la familia de los Jalelitas.
27Estas son las familias de los Zabulonitas, por sus contados, sesenta mil y quinientos.
28Los hijos de José por sus familias: Manasés y Ephraim.
29Los hijos de Manasés: de Machîr, la familia de los Machîritas; y Machîr engendró á Galaad; de Galaad, la familia de los Galaaditas.
30Estos son los hijos de Galaad: de Jezer, la familia de los Jezeritas; de Helec, la familia de los Helecitas;

35Estos son los hijos de Ephraim por sus familias: de Suthala, la familia de los Suthalaitas; de Bechêr, la familia de los Bechêritas; de Tahan, la familia de los Tahanitas.
36Y estos son los hijos de Suthala: de Herán, la familia de los Heranitas.
37Estas son las familias de los hijos de Ephraim, por sus contados, treinta y dos mil y quinientos. Estos son los hijos de José por sus familias.

48Los hijos de Nephtalí por sus familias: de Jahzeel, la familia de los Jahzeelitas; de Guni, la familia de los Gunitas;
49De Jeser, la familia de los Jeseritas; de Sillem, la familia de los Sillemitas.
50Estas son las familias de Nephtalí por sus familias; y sus contados, cuarenta y cinco mil y cuatrocientos.
51Estos son los contados de los hijos de Israel, seiscientos y un mil setecientos y treinta.
52Y habló Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:
53A estos se repartirá la tierra en heredad, por la cuenta de los nombres.
54A los más darás mayor heredad, y á los menos menor; y á cada uno se le dará su heredad conforme á sus contados.
55Empero la tierra será repartida por suerte; y por los nombres de las tribus de sus padres heredarán.
56Conforme á la suerte será repartida su heredad entre el grande y el pequeño.
57Y los contados de los Levitas por sus familias son estos: de Gersón, la familia de los Gersonitas; de Coath, la familia de los Coathitas; de Merari, la familia de los Meraritas.
58Estas son las familias de los Levitas: la familia de los Libnitas, la familia de los Hebronitas, la familia de los Mahalitas, la familia de los Musitas, la familia de los Coritas. Y Coath engendró á Amram.
59Y la mujer de Amram se llamó Jochâbed, hija de Leví, la cual nació á Leví en Egipto: ésta parió de Amram á Aarón y á Moisés, y á María su hermana.
60Y á Aarón nacieron Nadab y Abiú, Eleazar é Ithamar.
61Mas Nadab y Abiú murieron, cuando ofrecieron fuego extraño delante de Jehová.
62Y los contados de los Levitas fueron veinte y tres mil, todos varones de un mes arriba: porque no fueron contados entre los hijos de Israel, por cuanto no les había de ser dada heredad entre los hijos de Israel.
63Estos son los contados por Moisés y Eleazar el sacerdote, los cuales contaron los hijos de Israel en los campos de Moab, junto al Jordán de Jericó.
64Y entre estos ninguno hubo de los contados por Moisés y Aarón el sacerdote, los cuales contaron á los hijos de Israel en el desierto de Sinaí.
65Porque Jehová les dijo: Han de morir en el desierto: y no quedó varón de ellos, sino Caleb hijo de Jephone, y Josué hijo de Nun.

1And it came to pass after the plague, that the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest, saying,
2Take the sum of all the congregation of the children of Israel, from twenty years old and upward, throughout their fathers’ house, all that are able to go to war in Israel.
3And Moses and Eleazar the priest spake with them in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying,
4Take the sum of the people, from twenty years old and upward; as the LORD commanded Moses and the children of Israel, which went forth out of the land of Egypt.
5Reuben, the eldest son of Israel: the children of Reuben; Hanoch, of whom cometh the family of the Hanochites: of Pallu, the family of the Palluites:
6Of Hezron, the family of the Hezronites: of Carmi, the family of the Carmites.
7These are the families of the Reubenites: and they that were numbered of them were forty and three thousand and seven hundred and thirty.
8And the sons of Pallu; Eliab.
9And the sons of Eliab; Nemuel, and Dathan, and Abiram. This is that Dathan and Abiram, which were famous in the congregation, who strove against Moses and against Aaron in the company of Korah, when they strove against the LORD:
10And the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up together with Korah, when that company died, what time the fire devoured two hundred and fifty men: and they became a sign.
11Notwithstanding the children of Korah died not.
12The sons of Simeon after their families: of Nemuel, the family of the Nemuelites: of Jamin, the family of the Jaminites: of Jachin, the family of the Jachinites:
13Of Zerah, the family of the Zarhites: of Shaul, the family of the Shaulites.
14These are the families of the Simeonites, twenty and two thousand and two hundred.
15The children of Gad after their families: of Zephon, the family of the Zephonites: of Haggi, the family of the Haggites: of Shuni, the family of the Shunites:
16Of Ozni, the family of the Oznites: of Eri, the family of the Erites:

37These are the families of the sons of Ephraim according to those that were numbered of them, thirty and two thousand and five hundred. These are the sons of Joseph after their families.

44Of the children of Asher after their families: of Jimna, the family of the Jimnites: of Jesui, the family of the Jesuites: of Beriah, the family of the Beriites.
45Of the sons of Beriah: of Heber, the family of the Heberites: of Malchiel, the family of the Malchielites.
46And the name of the daughter of Asher was Sarah.
47These are the families of the sons of Asher according to those that were numbered of them; who were fifty and three thousand and four hundred.
48Of the sons of Naphtali after their families: of Jahzeel, the family of the Jahzeelites: of Guni, the family of the Gunites:
49Of Jezer, the family of the Jezerites: of Shillem, the family of the Shillemites.
50These are the families of Naphtali according to their families: and they that were numbered of them were forty and five thousand and four hundred.
51These were the numbered of the children of Israel, six hundred thousand and a thousand seven hundred and thirty.
52And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
53Unto these the land shall be divided for an inheritance according to the number of names.
54To many thou shalt give the more inheritance, and to few thou shalt give the less inheritance: to every one shall his inheritance be given according to those that were numbered of him.
55Notwithstanding the land shall be divided by lot: according to the names of the tribes of their fathers they shall inherit.
56According to the lot shall the possession thereof be divided between many and few.
57And these are they that were numbered of the Levites after their families: of Gershon, the family of the Gershonites: of Kohath, the family of the Kohathites: of Merari, the family of the Merarites.
58These are the families of the Levites: the family of the Libnites, the family of the Hebronites, the family of the Mahlites, the family of the Mushites, the family of the Korathites. And Kohath begat Amram.
59And the name of Amram’s wife was Jochebed, the daughter of Levi, whom her mother bare to Levi in Egypt: and she bare unto Amram Aaron and Moses, and Miriam their sister.
60And unto Aaron was born Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
61And Nadab and Abihu died, when they offered strange fire before the LORD.
62And those that were numbered of them were twenty and three thousand, all males from a month old and upward: for they were not numbered among the children of Israel, because there was no inheritance given them among the children of Israel.
63These are they that were numbered by Moses and Eleazar the priest, who numbered the children of Israel in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho.
64But among these there was not a man of them whom Moses and Aaron the priest numbered, when they numbered the children of Israel in the wilderness of Sinai.
65For the LORD had said of them, They shall surely die in the wilderness. And there was not left a man of them, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.

1After the plague, the LORD spoke to Moses and to Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest, saying,
2“Take a census of all the congregation of the children of Israel, from twenty years old and upward, by their fathers’ houses, all who are able to go out to war in Israel.”
3Moses and Eleazar the priest spoke with them in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho, saying,
4“Take a census, from twenty years old and upward, as the LORD commanded Moses and the children of Israel.” These are those who came out of the land of Egypt.
5Reuben, the firstborn of Israel; the sons of Reuben: of Hanoch, the family of the Hanochites; of Pallu, the family of the Palluites;
6of Hezron, the family of the Hezronites; of Carmi, the family of the Carmites.
7These are the families of the Reubenites; and those who were counted of them were forty-three thousand seven hundred thirty.
8The son of Pallu: Eliab.

19The sons of Judah: Er and Onan. Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan.
20The sons of Judah after their families were: of Shelah, the family of the Shelanites; of Perez, the family of the Perezites; of Zerah, the family of the Zerahites.

38The sons of Benjamin after their families: of Bela, the family of the Belaites; of Ashbel, the family of the Ashbelites; of Ahiram, the family of the Ahiramites;
39of Shephupham, the family of the Shuphamites; of Hupham, the family of the Huphamites.
40The sons of Bela were Ard and Naaman: the family of the Ardites; and of Naaman, the family of the Naamites.

43All the families of the Shuhamites, according to those who were counted of them, were sixty-four thousand four hundred.
44The sons of Asher after their families: of Imnah, the family of the Imnites; of Ishvi, the family of the Ishvites; of Beriah, the family of the Berites.
45Of the sons of Beriah: of Heber, the family of the Heberites; of Malchiel, the family of the Malchielites.
46The name of the daughter of Asher was Serah.
47These are the families of the sons of Asher according to those who were counted of them, fifty-three thousand four hundred.
48The sons of Naphtali after their families: of Jahzeel, the family of the Jahzeelites; of Guni, the family of the Gunites;
49of Jezer, the family of the Jezerites; of Shillem, the family of the Shillemites.
50These are the families of Naphtali according to their families; and those who were counted of them were forty-five thousand four hundred.
51These are those who were counted of the children of Israel, six hundred one thousand seven hundred thirty.
52The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
53“To these the land shall be divided for an inheritance according to the number of names.
54To the more you shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer you shall give the less inheritance. To everyone according to those who were counted of him shall his inheritance be given.
55Notwithstanding, the land shall be divided by lot. According to the names of the tribes of their fathers they shall inherit.
56According to the lot shall their inheritance be divided between the more and the fewer.”
57These are those who were counted of the Levites after their families: of Gershon, the family of the Gershonites; of Kohath, the family of the Kohathites; of Merari, the family of the Merarites.
58These are the families of Levi: the family of the Libnites, the family of the Hebronites, the family of the Mahlites, the family of the Mushites, and the family of the Korahites. Kohath became the father of Amram.
59The name of Amram’s wife was Jochebed, the daughter of Levi, who was born to Levi in Egypt. She bore to Amram Aaron and Moses, and Miriam their sister.
60To Aaron were born Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.
61Nadab and Abihu died when they offered strange fire before the LORD.
62Those who were counted of them were twenty-three thousand, every male from a month old and upward; for they were not counted among the children of Israel, because there was no inheritance given them among the children of Israel.
63These are those who were counted by Moses and Eleazar the priest, who counted the children of Israel in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho.
64But among these there was not a man of them who were counted by Moses and Aaron the priest, who counted the children of Israel in the wilderness of Sinai.
65For the LORD had said of them, “They shall surely die in the wilderness.” There was not a man left of them, except Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.
