A la mañana siguiente Balac llevó a Balán hasta la cumbre del monte de Ramot Baal, desde el cual podía ver a todo el pueblo de Israel esparcido delante de sí.

Y el día siguiente Balac tomó á Balaam, é hízolo subir á los altos de Baal, y desde allí vió la extremidad del pueblo.

And it came to pass on the morrow, that Balak took Balaam, and brought him up into the high places of Baal, that thence he might see the utmost part of the people.
