Este hecho se menciona en el libro de los guerras del Señor, donde se dice que el valle del río Arnón y la ciudad de Waheb

Por tanto se dice en el libro de las batallas de Jehová: Lo que hizo en el mar Bermejo, y en los arroyos de Arnón:
