Miqueas 7
Nova Bíblia Viva
1Ai de mim! É tão difícil encontrar um homem honesto quanto achar uvas ou figos depois de terminada a colheita. Nem um cacho de uvas para provar, nem um único figo temporão, embora eu tenha uma vontade enorme de comer!
2Os homens bons desapareceram da terra! Não sobrou um homem reto sequer! Todos são assassinos, tentando destruir até mesmo seus irmãos!
3Avançam para suas maldades com as mãos estendidas, e como sabem usá-las para fazer o mal! O governador e o juiz exigem suborno. A pessoa rica paga o que eles pedem e diz a quem devem condenar. A justiça é torcida nos planos que fazem.
4O melhor desses homens fere como se fosse um espinheiro. O mais correto é pior que uma cerca de espinheiros! Mas o dia do julgamento se aproxima com rapidez. O tempo de castigo de Deus anunciado pelas suas sentinelas está quase chegando. Naquele dia haverá uma confusão geral.
5Não confiem em ninguém, nem mesmo em seu melhor amigo. Tenham cuidado no que dizem até com aquela com quem estão abraçados.
6Pois o filho despreza o pai; a filha provoca a mãe; a nora amaldiçoa a sogra. Sim, os inimigos do homem se encontram em sua própria casa!
7Mas eu, eu me dirijo ao Senhor e espero a ajuda dele. Espero por Deus, pois ele é o meu Salvador. O meu Deus me ouvirá.
8Não se alegre com meu fracasso, meu inimigo. Mesmo que caia, eu me levantarei novamente. Se tiver de viver na escuridão, o Senhor mesmo será a minha luz.
9Eu serei paciente enquanto o Senhor me castiga, porque pequei contra ele. Depois disso, ele me defenderá contra os meus inimigos e os castigará por todo o mal que me fizeram. Deus me tirará da escuridão, me levará para a luz, e verei a sua justiça.
10Quando isso acontecer, os meus inimigos verão que Deus está do meu lado e terão vergonha de terem zombado de mim, perguntando: “Onde está o Senhor, o seu Deus?” Agora mesmo, vejo com meus próprios olhos esses inimigos pisados como o barro das ruas!
11Povo de Deus, está chegando o dia da reconstrução dos muros da cidade e de ampliar as suas fronteiras!
12Gente de várias nações virá a Israel para honrar vocês. Da Assíria ao Egito e do Egito ao rio Eufrates, de um mar ao outro, e das montanhas e colinas distantes!
13Antes disso, porém, a terra será desolada por causa dos seus moradores, em consequência das suas obras.
14Ó Senhor, venha e governe o seu povo. Guie o seu rebanho. Faça-os viver em paz e prosperidade! Leve-os a pastar nos campos verdes de Basã e Gileade, como faziam há muito tempo.
15“Sim”, responde o Senhor, “eu farei grandes milagres em benefício deles, como quando os tirei do Egito”.
16Todas as nações ficarão admiradas com o que ele fará por vocês. Os povos sentirão vergonha do seu pequeno poder. Ficarão mudos de espanto e surdos a tudo o que acontece em volta deles!
17Eles verão que não passam de répteis, de vermes insignificantes se arrastando para fora de seus esconderijos! Sairão de suas fortalezas, para encontrar-se com o Senhor, o nosso Deus, tremendo de medo diante dele!
18Onde haverá outro Deus como o Senhor, que perdoa os pecados e esquece a transgressão do remanescente de seu povo? O Senhor não fica irado para sempre, porque tem prazer em amar e perdoar.
19O Senhor terá compaixão de nós mais uma vez. O Senhor pisará e esmagará as nossas maldades e jogará todos os nossos pecados no fundo do mar!
20O Senhor nos abençoará como prometeu a Jacó há muito tempo. O Senhor estenderá o seu amor sobre nós, conforme prometeu aos descendentes de Abraão!

1¡AY de mí! que he venido á ser como cuando han cogido los frutos del verano, como cuando han rebuscado después de la vendimia, que no queda racimo para comer; mi alma deseó primeros frutos.
2Faltó el misericordioso de la tierra, y ninguno hay recto entre los hombres: todos acechan á la sangre; cada cual arma red á su hermano.
3Para completar la maldad con sus manos, el príncipe demanda, y el juez juzga por recompensa; y el grande habla el antojo de su alma, y lo confirman.
4El mejor de ellos es como el cambrón; el más recto, como zarzal: el día de tus atalayas, tu visitación, viene; ahora será su confusión.
5No creáis en amigo, ni confiéis en príncipe: de la que duerme á tu lado, guarda, no abras tu boca.
6Porque el hijo deshonra al padre, la hija se levanta contra la madre, la nuera contra su suegra: y los enemigos del hombre son los de su casa.
7Yo empero á Jehová esperaré, esperaré al Dios de mi salud: el Dios mío me oirá.
8Tú, enemiga mía, no te huelgues de mí: porque aunque caí, he de levantarme; aunque more en tinieblas, Jehová será mi luz.
9La ira de Jehová soportaré, porque pequé contra él, hasta que juzgue mi causa y haga mi juicio; él me sacará á luz; veré su justicia.
10Y mi enemiga verá, y la cubrirá vergüenza: la que me decía: ¿Dónde está Jehová tu Dios? Mis ojos la verán; ahora será hollada como lodo de las calles.
11El día en que se edificarán tus muros, aquel día será alejado el mandamiento.
12En ese día vendrán hasta ti desde Asiria y las ciudades fuertes, y desde las ciudades fuertes hasta el Río, y de mar á mar, y de monte á monte.
13Y la tierra con sus moradores será asolada por el fruto de sus obras.
14Apacienta tu pueblo con tu cayado, el rebaño de tu heredad, que mora solo en la montaña, en medio del Carmelo: pazcan en Basán y Galaad, como en el tiempo pasado.
15Yo les mostraré maravillas como el día que saliste de Egipto.
16Las gentes verán, y se avergonzarán de todas sus valentías; pondrán la mano sobre su boca, ensordecerán sus oídos.
17Lamerán el polvo como la culebra; como las serpientes de la tierra, temblarán en sus encierros: despavorirse han de Jehová nuestro Dios, y temerán de ti.
18¿Qué Dios como tú, que perdonas la maldad, y olvidas el pecado del resto de su heredad? No retuvo para siempre su enojo, porque es amador de misericordia.
19El tornará, él tendrá misericordia de nosotros; él sujetará nuestras iniquidades, y echará en los profundos de la mar todos nuestros pecados.
20Otorgarás á Jacob la verdad, y á Abraham la misericordia, que tú juraste á nuestros padres desde tiempos antiguos.

1Woe is me! for I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the grapegleanings of the vintage: there is no cluster to eat: my soul desired the firstripe fruit.
2The good man is perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net.
3That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up.
4The best of them is as a brier: the most upright is sharper than a thorn hedge: the day of thy watchmen and thy visitation cometh; now shall be their perplexity.
5Trust ye not in a friend, put ye not confidence in a guide: keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom.
6For the son dishonoureth the father, the daughter riseth up against her mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man’s enemies are the men of his own house.
7Therefore I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.
8Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me.
9I will bear the indignation of the LORD, because I have sinned against him, until he plead my cause, and execute judgment for me: he will bring me forth to the light, and I shall behold his righteousness.
10Then she that is mine enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is the LORD thy God? mine eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets.
11In the day that thy walls are to be built, in that day shall the decree be far removed.
12In that day also he shall come even to thee from Assyria, and from the fortified cities, and from the fortress even to the river, and from sea to sea, and from mountain to mountain.
13Notwithstanding the land shall be desolate because of them that dwell therein, for the fruit of their doings.
14Feed thy people with thy rod, the flock of thine heritage, which dwell solitarily in the wood, in the midst of Carmel: let them feed in Bashan and Gilead, as in the days of old.
15According to the days of thy coming out of the land of Egypt will I shew unto him marvellous things.
16The nations shall see and be confounded at all their might: they shall lay their hand upon their mouth, their ears shall be deaf.
17They shall lick the dust like a serpent, they shall move out of their holes like worms of the earth: they shall be afraid of the LORD our God, and shall fear because of thee.
18Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy.
19He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
20Thou wilt perform the truth to Jacob, and the mercy to Abraham, which thou hast sworn unto our fathers from the days of old.
World English Bible
1Misery is mine! Indeed, I am like one who gathers the summer fruits, as gleanings of the vineyard. There is no cluster of grapes to eat. My soul desires to eat the early fig.
2The godly man has perished out of the earth, and there is no one upright among men. They all lie in wait for blood; every man hunts his brother with a net.
3Their hands are on that which is evil to do it diligently. The ruler and judge ask for a bribe. The powerful man dictates the evil desire of his soul. Thus they conspire together.
4The best of them is like a brier. The most upright is worse than a thorn hedge. The day of your watchmen, even your visitation, has come; now is the time of their confusion.
5Don’t trust in a neighbor. Don’t put confidence in a friend. With the woman lying in your embrace, be careful of the words of your mouth!
6For the son dishonors the father, the daughter rises up against her mother, the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; a man’s enemies are the men of his own house.
7But as for me, I will look to the LORD. I will wait for the God of my salvation. My God will hear me.
8Don’t rejoice against me, my enemy. When I fall, I will arise. When I sit in darkness, the LORD will be a light to me.
9I will bear the indignation of the LORD, because I have sinned against him, until he pleads my case and executes judgment for me. He will bring me out to the light. I will see his righteousness.
10Then my enemy will see it, and shame will cover her who said to me, “Where is the LORD your God?” My eyes will see her. Now she will be trodden down like the mire of the streets.
11A day to build your walls! In that day, he will extend your boundary.
12In that day they will come to you from Assyria and the cities of Egypt, and from Egypt even to the River, and from sea to sea, and mountain to mountain.
13Yet the land will be desolate because of those who dwell therein, for the fruit of their doings.
14Shepherd your people with your staff, the flock of your heritage, who dwell by themselves in a forest. Let them feed in the middle of fertile pasture land, in Bashan and Gilead, as in the days of old.
15“As in the days of your coming out of the land of Egypt, I will show them marvelous things.”
16The nations will see and be ashamed of all their might. They will lay their hand on their mouth. Their ears will be deaf.
17They will lick the dust like a serpent. Like crawling things of the earth, they will come trembling out of their dens. They will come with fear to the LORD our God, and will be afraid because of you.
18Who is a God like you, who pardons iniquity, and passes over the disobedience of the remnant of his heritage? He doesn’t retain his anger forever, because he delights in loving kindness.
19He will again have compassion on us. He will tread our iniquities under foot. You will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
20You will give truth to Jacob, and mercy to Abraham, as you have sworn to our fathers from the days of old.
