Si une âme pèche et entend quelqu'un faisant un serment, si elle a été témoin de la chose, et qu'elle ne découvre pas ce qu'elle a vu et connu elle- même, elle se rendra coupable d'un délit.
Y CUANDO alguna persona pecare, que hubiere oído la voz del que juró, y él fuere testigo que vió, ó supo, si no lo denunciare, él llevará su pecado.
And if a soul sin, and hear the voice of swearing, and is a witness, whether he hath seen or known of it; if he do not utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity.
“‘If anyone sins, in that he hears a public adjuration to testify, he being a witness, whether he has seen or known, if he doesn’t report it, then he shall bear his iniquity.
Si une âme touche une chose impure : cadavre, proie impure de bête fauve, cadavre impur et abominable, cadavre de bétail impur,
Asimismo la persona que hubiere tocado en cualquiera cosa inmunda, sea cuerpo muerto de bestia inmunda, ó cuerpo muerto de animal inmundo, ó cuerpo muerto de reptil inmundo, bien que no lo supiere, será inmunda y habrá delinquido:
Or if a soul touch any unclean thing, whether it be a carcase of an unclean beast, or a carcase of unclean cattle, or the carcase of unclean creeping things, and if it be hidden from him; he also shall be unclean, and guilty.
“‘Or if anyone touches any unclean thing, whether it is the carcass of an unclean animal, or the carcass of unclean livestock, or the carcass of unclean creeping things, and it is hidden from him, and he is unclean, then he shall be guilty.
Ou l'une des impuretés de l'homme, l'une de ces impuretés qui souillent quand on les a touchées ; si, l'ignorant d'abord, elle vient à le savoir, elle se trouve coupable d'un délit.
O si tocare á hombre inmundo en cualquiera inmundicia suya de que es inmundo, y no lo echare de ver; si después llega á saberlo, será culpable.
Or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatsoever uncleanness it be that a man shall be defiled withal, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty.

L'âme injuste qui, ayant de ses lèvres promis de faire, bien ou mal, l'une de ces choses que l'homme promet sous serment, la perd de vue, si elle vient à s'en souvenir et manque à quelque chose de ce qu'elle a promis,
También la persona que jurare, pronunciando con sus labios hacer mal ó bien, en cualesquiera cosas que el hombre profiere con juramento, y él no lo conociere; si después lo entiende, será culpado en una de estas cosas.
Or if a soul swear, pronouncing with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatsoever it be that a man shall pronounce with an oath, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty in one of these.
“‘Or if anyone swears rashly with his lips to do evil or to do good—whatever it is that a man might utter rashly with an oath, and it is hidden from him—when he knows of it, then he will be guilty of one of these.
Cette âme confessera son délit, et les choses en quoi elle a péché ;
Y será que cuando pecare en alguna de estas cosas, confesará aquello en que pecó:
And it shall be, when he shall be guilty in one of these things, that he shall confess that he hath sinned in that thing:
It shall be, when he is guilty of one of these, he shall confess that in which he has sinned;
Et, à cause de son offense au Seigneur, à cause de son délit, elle prendra, dans ses menus troupeaux, une femelle, brebis ou chevrette, pour le péché ; et le prêtre priera Dieu pour elle au sujet du délit qu'elle aura commis, et son délit lui sera remis.
Y para su expiación traerá á Jehová por su pecado que ha cometido, una hembra de los rebaños, una cordera ó una cabra como ofrenda de expiación; y el sacerdote hará expiación por él de su pecado.
And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD for his sin which he hath sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a kid of the goats, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin.

Si ses facultés sont insuffisantes, pour donner une brebis, l'homme offrira, pour son péché au Seigneur, deux tourterelles ou deux pigeonneaux, l'un pour le délit, l'autre pour l'holocauste.
Y si no le alcanzare para un cordero, traerá en expiación por su pecado que cometió, dos tórtolas ó dos palominos á Jehová; el uno para expiación, y el otro para holocausto.
And if he be not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring for his trespass, which he hath committed, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, unto the LORD; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.

Il les portera au prêtre, et le prêtre apportera le premier à l'autel pour le délit ; il repliera la tête du côté de la seconde vertèbre, mais il ne l'enlèvera pas.

Si ses facultés sont insuffisantes pour qu'il apporte un couple de tourterelles ou deux pigeonneaux, il apportera en don, pour son péché, un dixième d'éphi de fine fleur de farine. Il ne versera point l'huile sur la farine, et, sur elle, il ne mettra pas d'encens, parce qu'elle est offerte à cause d'un délit.
Mas si su posibilidad no alcanzare para dos tórtolas, ó dos palominos, el que pecó traerá por su ofrenda la décima parte de un epha de flor de harina por expiación. No pondrá sobre ella aceite, ni sobre ella pondrá incienso, porque es expiación.

L'homme portera au prêtre le dixième d'éphi, et le prêtre ayant pris une pleine poignée de farine, la mettra sur l'autel des holocaustes comme mémorial de l'oblation : c'est le délit.
Traerála, pues, al sacerdote, y el sacerdote tomará de ella su puño lleno, en memoria suya, y la hará arder en el altar sobre las ofrendas encendidas á Jehová: es expiación.

Le Seigneur parla encore à Moïse, et lui dit :

L'âme qui aura eu un oubli et péché involontairement contre une des choses saintes du Seigneur, apportera pour son délit, au Seigneur, un bélier sans tache du troupeau de brebis, évalué en sicles d'argent, au poids, du sicle du sanctuaire ; ce sera pour le manquement qu'elle aura commis.
Cuando alguna persona cometiere falta, y pecare por yerro en las cosas santificadas á Jehová, traerá su expiación á Jehová, un carnero sin tacha de los rebaños, conforme á tu estimación, en siclos de plata del siclo del santuario, en ofrenda por el pecado:
If a soul commit a trespass, and sin through ignorance, in the holy things of the LORD; then he shall bring for his trespass unto the LORD a ram without blemish out of the flocks, with thy estimation by shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering:
“If anyone commits a trespass, and sins unwittingly regarding the LORD’s holy things, then he shall bring his trespass offering to the LORD: a ram without defect from the flock, according to your estimation in silver by shekels, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering.
Et ce qui a fait défaut dans les choses saintes, elle le rendra ; elle ajoutera même un cinquième de sa valeur, qu'elle donnera au prêtre, et le prêtre, au moyen de son bélier, lui rendra Dieu propice au sujet de son péché, et son péché lui sera remis.
Y pagará aquello de las cosas santas en que hubiere pecado, y añadirá á ello el quinto, y lo dará al sacerdote: y el sacerdote hará expiación por él con el carnero del sacrificio por el pecado, y será perdonado.
And he shall make amends for the harm that he hath done in the holy thing, and shall add the fifth part thereto, and give it unto the priest: and the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and it shall be forgiven him.
He shall make restitution for that which he has done wrong regarding the holy thing, and shall add a fifth part to it, and give it to the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and he will be forgiven.
L'âme qui, sans s'en apercevoir, aura péché et fait, au sujet de l'un quelconque des commandements de Dieu, quelque chose que l'on ne doit point faire, aura commis ainsi un délit, et contracté un péché,
Finalmente, si una persona pecare, ó hiciere alguna de todas aquellas cosas que por mandamiento de Jehová no se han de hacer, aun sin hacerlo á sabiendas, es culpable, y llevará su pecado.
And if a soul sin, and commit any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the LORD; though he wist it not, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.
“If anyone sins, doing any of the things which the LORD has commanded not to be done, though he didn’t know it, he is still guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.
Présentera au prêtre un bélier sans tache de son troupeau de brebis, d'un prix en argent proportionné à son péché ; et le prêtre priera Dieu pour elle à cause de son ignorance, et parce qu'elle ne savait pas qu'elle avait péché, et son péché lui sera remis.
Traerá, pues, al sacerdote por expiación, según tú lo estimes, un carnero sin tacha de los rebaños: y el sacerdote hará expiación por él de su yerro que cometió por ignorancia, y será perdonado.
And he shall bring a ram without blemish out of the flock, with thy estimation, for a trespass offering, unto the priest: and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his ignorance wherein he erred and wist it not, and it shall be forgiven him.
He shall bring a ram without defect from of the flock, according to your estimation, for a trespass offering, to the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning the thing in which he sinned and didn’t know it, and he will be forgiven.
Car cette âme a commis un délit devant le Seigneur.
Es infracción, y ciertamente delinquió contra Jehová.
It is a trespass offering: he hath certainly trespassed against the LORD.
It is a trespass offering. He is certainly guilty before the LORD.”
Et le Seigneur parla à Moïse, et il lui dit :

L'âme qui aura péché, qui aura méprisé et méprisé les commandements du Seigneur, et qui aura frauduleusement agi envers son prochain, au sujet d'un dépôt ou d'une association, ou en le volant, enfin, qui aura commis quelque injustice envers son prochain,

—
Ou qui aura trouvé une chose perdue, et, au sujet de cette chose, aura menti ou qui aura fait un faux serment concernant l'une des affaires que font les hommes, de telle sorte que, par l'un de ces moyens, elle ait péché ;
—
—
—
Que cette âme, qui aura commis l'un de ces délits, rende le bien dont elle s'est emparée, qu'elle répare le tort qu'elle aura fait, qu'elle rende le dépôt qui lui aura été confié ou la chose qu'elle aura trouvée ;
—
—
—
Quelle que soit la chose au sujet de laquelle elle aura prêté un faux serment, elle la rendra tout entière, en y ajoutant un cinquième en sus ; elle la rendra au maître, le jour même où elle aura été convaincue.

—
Pour son délit, qu'elle présente en outre au Seigneur un bélier sans tache de son troupeau de brebis, d'un prix proportionné à son péché,

Et le prêtre priera Dieu pour elle, et son péché lui sera remis en chacune des choses en quoi elle aura failli.
