1Le SEIGNEUR parla à Moïse, en disant :
2« Dis à Aaron et à ses fils de se tenir à l'écart des choses saintes des enfants d'Israël, qu'ils me consacrent, et de ne pas profaner mon saint nom. Je suis le SEIGNEUR.
3Dis-leur : Quiconque, parmi toute votre descendance dans vos générations, s'approchera des choses saintes que les enfants d'Israël consacrent au SEIGNEUR, tout en ayant son impureté sur lui, cette âme sera retranchée de devant moi. Je suis le SEIGNEUR.
4Tout homme de la descendance d'Aaron qui est lépreux ou qui a un écoulement, ne mangera pas des choses saintes jusqu'à ce qu'il soit pur. Celui qui touchera un objet rendu impur par un cadavre, ou un homme qui a eu une émission de sperme,
5ou celui qui touchera un reptile quelconque par lequel il peut se rendre impur, ou un homme qui peut le rendre impur, quelle que soit son impureté —
6la personne qui touchera l'une de ces choses sera impure jusqu'au soir, et elle ne mangera pas des choses saintes, à moins d'avoir baigné son corps dans l'eau.
7Quand le soleil sera couché, il sera pur ; et ensuite il pourra manger des choses saintes, car c'est sa nourriture.
8Il ne mangera pas d'une bête morte d'elle-même ou déchirée par des animaux, afin de ne pas s'en souiller. Je suis le SEIGNEUR.
9Ils observeront donc mes commandements, de peur qu'ils ne se chargent d'un péché à ce sujet et ne meurent pour avoir profané les choses saintes. Je suis le SEIGNEUR qui les sanctifie.
10Aucun étranger ne mangera de la chose sainte ; celui qui séjourne chez un prêtre, ou un mercenaire, ne mangera pas de la chose sainte.
11Mais si un prêtre achète un esclave avec son argent, celui-ci pourra en manger ; et ceux qui sont nés dans sa maison mangeront de sa nourriture.
12Si la fille d'un prêtre est mariée à un étranger, elle ne mangera pas des offrandes prélevées sur les choses saintes.
13Mais si la fille d'un prêtre est veuve ou divorcée, et qu'elle n'ait pas d'enfant, et qu'elle soit retournée dans la maison de son père comme dans sa jeunesse, elle pourra manger de la nourriture de son père ; mais aucun étranger n'en mangera.
14Si un homme mange involontairement d'une chose sainte, il en ajoutera un cinquième de sa valeur, et remettra la chose sainte au prêtre.
15Les prêtres ne profaneront pas les choses saintes des enfants d'Israël, qu'ils offrent au SEIGNEUR,
16et ne les chargeront pas de l'iniquité qui entraîne la culpabilité, en mangeant leurs choses saintes ; car je suis le SEIGNEUR qui les sanctifie. »
17Le SEIGNEUR parla à Moïse, en disant :
18« Parle à Aaron, et à ses fils, et à tous les enfants d'Israël, et dis-leur : Quiconque de la maison d'Israël, ou des étrangers en Israël, présentera son offrande, que ce soit pour l'accomplissement d'un vœu ou pour une offrande volontaire, qu'il offrira au SEIGNEUR en holocauste :
19pour que vous soyez agréés, vous offrirez un mâle sans défaut, pris parmi les taureaux, les moutons ou les chèvres.
20Mais vous n'offrirez rien qui ait un défaut, car cela ne serait pas agréé de votre part.
21Si quelqu'un offre au SEIGNEUR un sacrifice de paix, pour accomplir un vœu ou comme offrande volontaire, pris du gros ou du menu bétail, la victime devra être sans défaut pour être agréée. Elle n'aura aucun défaut.
22Vous n'offrirez pas au SEIGNEUR ce qui est aveugle, blessé, mutilé, qui a une verrue, la gale ou une plaie purulente, et vous n'en ferez pas une offrande faite par le feu sur l'autel au SEIGNEUR.
23Tu pourras offrir comme offrande volontaire un taureau ou un agneau qui a une difformité ou qui est mal conformé ; mais pour l'accomplissement d'un vœu, il ne sera pas agréé.
24Vous n'offrirez pas au SEIGNEUR un animal dont les testicules ont été froissés, écrasés, arrachés ou coupés. Vous ne ferez pas cela dans votre pays.
25Vous n'accepterez de la main d'un étranger aucun de ces animaux pour l'offrir comme nourriture de votre Dieu, car ils sont mutilés et ont un défaut. Ils ne seront pas agréés pour vous. »
26Le SEIGNEUR parla à Moïse, en disant :
27« Quand un veau, un agneau ou un chevreau naîtra, il restera sept jours avec sa mère. À partir du huitième jour, et dans la suite, il sera agréé pour l'offrande d'un sacrifice fait par le feu au SEIGNEUR.
28Qu'il s'agisse d'une vache ou d'une brebis, vous ne l'égorgerez pas, elle et son petit, le même jour.
29Quand vous offrirez au SEIGNEUR un sacrifice de reconnaissance, vous le sacrifierez de manière à être agréés.
30Il sera mangé le jour même ; vous n'en laisserez rien jusqu'au matin. Je suis le SEIGNEUR.
31Vous garderez donc mes commandements, et vous les mettrez en pratique. Je suis le SEIGNEUR.
32Vous ne profanerez pas mon saint nom, afin que je sois sanctifié au milieu des enfants d'Israël. Je suis le SEIGNEUR qui vous sanctifie,
33qui vous a fait sortir du pays d'Égypte pour être votre Dieu. Je suis le SEIGNEUR. »

1Y HABLÓ Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:
2Di á Aarón y á sus hijos, que se abstengan de las santificaciones de los hijos de Israel, y que no profanen mi santo nombre en lo que ellos me santifican: Yo Jehová.
3Diles: Todo varón de toda vuestra simiente en vuestras generaciones que llegare á las cosas sagradas, que los hijos de Israel consagran á Jehová, teniendo inmundicia sobre sí, de delante de mí será cortada su alma: Yo Jehová.
4Cualquier varón de la simiente de Aarón que fuere leproso, ó padeciere flujo, no comerá de las cosas sagradas hasta que esté limpio: y el que tocare cualquiera cosa inmunda de mortecino, ó el varón del cual hubiere salido derramamiento de semen;
5O el varón que hubiere tocado cualquier reptil, por el cual será inmundo, ú hombre por el cual venga á ser inmundo, conforme á cualquiera inmundicia suya;
6La persona que lo tocare, será inmunda hasta la tarde, y no comerá de las cosas sagradas antes que haya lavado su carne con agua.
7Y cuando el sol se pusiere, será limpio; y después comerá las cosas sagradas, porque su pan es.
8Mortecino ni despedazado por fiera no comerá, para contaminarse en ello: Yo Jehová.
9Guarden, pues, mi ordenanza, y no lleven pecado por ello, no sea que así mueran cuando la profanaren: Yo Jehová que los santifico.
10Ningún extraño comerá cosa sagrada; el huésped del sacerdote, ni el jornalero, no comerá cosa sagrada.
11Mas el sacerdote, cuando comprare persona de su dinero, ésta comerá de ella, y el nacido en su casa: éstos comerán de su pan.
12Empero la hija del sacerdote, cuando se casare con varón extraño, ella no comerá de la ofrenda de las cosas sagradas.
13Pero si la hija del sacerdote fuere viuda, ó repudiada, y no tuviere prole, y se hubiere vuelto á la casa de su padre, como en su mocedad, comerá del pan de su padre; mas ningún extraño coma de él.
14Y el que por yerro comiere cosa sagrada, añadirá á ella su quinto, y darálo al sacerdote con la cosa sagrada.
15No profanarán, pues, las cosas santas de los hijos de Israel, las cuales apartan para Jehová:
16Y no les harán llevar la iniquidad del pecado, comiendo las cosas santas de ellos: porque yo Jehová soy el que los santifico.
17Y habló Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:
18Habla á Aarón y á sus hijos, y á todos los hijos de Israel, y diles: Cualquier varón de la casa de Israel, ó de los extranjeros en Israel, que ofreciere su ofrenda por todos sus votos, y por todas sus voluntarias oblaciones que ofrecieren á Jehová en holocausto;
19De vuestra voluntad ofreceréis macho sin defecto de entre las vacas, de entre los corderos, ó de entre las cabras.
20Ninguna cosa en que haya falta ofreceréis, porque no será acepto por vosotros.
21Asimismo, cuando alguno ofreciere sacrificio de paces á Jehová para presentar voto, ú ofreciendo voluntariamente, sea de vacas ó de ovejas, sin tacha será acepto; no ha de haber en él falta.
22Ciego, ó perniquebrado, ó mutilado, ó verrugoso, ó sarnoso, ó roñoso, no ofreceréis éstos á Jehová, ni de ellos pondréis ofrenda encendida sobre el altar de Jehová.
23Buey ó carnero que tenga de más ó de menos, podrás ofrecer por ofrenda voluntaria; mas por voto no será acepto.
24Herido ó magullado, rompido ó cortado, no ofreceréis á Jehová, ni en vuestra tierra lo haréis.
25Y de mano de hijo de extranjero no ofreceréis el pan de vuestro Dios de todas estas cosas; porque su corrupción está en ellas: hay en ellas falta, no se os aceptarán.
26Y habló Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:
27El buey, ó el cordero, ó la cabra, cuando naciere, siete días estará mamando de su madre: mas desde el octavo día en adelante será acepto para ofrenda de sacrificio encendido á Jehová.
28Y sea buey ó carnero, no degollaréis en un día á él y á su hijo.
29Y cuando sacrificareis sacrificio de hacimiento de gracias á Jehová, de vuestra voluntad lo sacrificaréis.
30En el mismo día se comerá; no dejaréis de él para otro día: Yo Jehová.
31Guardad pues mis mandamientos, y ejecutadlos: Yo Jehová.
32Y no amancilléis mi santo nombre, y yo me santificaré en medio de los hijos de Israel: Yo Jehová que os santifico;
33Que os saqué de la tierra de Egipto, para ser vuestro Dios: Yo Jehová.
King James Version
1And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
2Speak unto Aaron and to his sons, that they separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel, and that they profane not my holy name in those things which they hallow unto me: I am the LORD.
3Say unto them, Whosoever he be of all your seed among your generations, that goeth unto the holy things, which the children of Israel hallow unto the LORD, having his uncleanness upon him, that soul shall be cut off from my presence: I am the LORD.
4What man soever of the seed of Aaron is a leper, or hath a running issue; he shall not eat of the holy things, until he be clean. And whoso toucheth any thing that is unclean by the dead, or a man whose seed goeth from him;
5Or whosoever toucheth any creeping thing, whereby he may be made unclean, or a man of whom he may take uncleanness, whatsoever uncleanness he hath;
6The soul which hath touched any such shall be unclean until even, and shall not eat of the holy things, unless he wash his flesh with water.
7And when the sun is down, he shall be clean, and shall afterward eat of the holy things; because it is his food.
8That which dieth of itself, or is torn with beasts, he shall not eat to defile himself therewith: I am the LORD.
9They shall therefore keep mine ordinance, lest they bear sin for it, and die therefore, if they profane it: I the LORD do sanctify them.
10There shall no stranger eat of the holy thing: a sojourner of the priest, or an hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing.
11But if the priest buy any soul with his money, he shall eat of it, and he that is born in his house: they shall eat of his meat.
12If the priest’s daughter also be married unto a stranger, she may not eat of an offering of the holy things.
13But if the priest’s daughter be a widow, or divorced, and have no child, and is returned unto her father’s house, as in her youth, she shall eat of her father’s meat: but there shall no stranger eat thereof.
14And if a man eat of the holy thing unwittingly, then he shall put the fifth part thereof unto it, and shall give it unto the priest with the holy thing.
15And they shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, which they offer unto the LORD;
16Or suffer them to bear the iniquity of trespass, when they eat their holy things: for I the LORD do sanctify them.
17And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
18Speak unto Aaron, and to his sons, and unto all the children of Israel, and say unto them, Whatsoever he be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers in Israel, that will offer his oblation for all his vows, and for all his freewill offerings, which they will offer unto the LORD for a burnt offering;
19Ye shall offer at your own will a male without blemish, of the beeves, of the sheep, or of the goats.
20But whatsoever hath a blemish, that shall ye not offer: for it shall not be acceptable for you.
21And whosoever offereth a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the LORD to accomplish his vow, or a freewill offering in beeves or sheep, it shall be perfect to be accepted; there shall be no blemish therein.
22Blind, or broken, or maimed, or having a wen, or scurvy, or scabbed, ye shall not offer these unto the LORD, nor make an offering by fire of them upon the altar unto the LORD.
23Either a bullock or a lamb that hath any thing superfluous or lacking in his parts, that mayest thou offer for a freewill offering; but for a vow it shall not be accepted.
24Ye shall not offer unto the LORD that which is bruised, or crushed, or broken, or cut; neither shall ye make any offering thereof in your land.
25Neither from a stranger’s hand shall ye offer the bread of your God of any of these; because their corruption is in them, and blemishes be in them: they shall not be accepted for you.
26And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
27When a bullock, or a sheep, or a goat, is brought forth, then it shall be seven days under the dam; and from the eighth day and thenceforth it shall be accepted for an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
28And whether it be cow or ewe, ye shall not kill it and her young both in one day.
29And when ye will offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving unto the LORD, offer it at your own will.
30On the same day it shall be eaten up; ye shall leave none of it until the morrow: I am the LORD.
31Therefore shall ye keep my commandments, and do them: I am the LORD.
32Neither shall ye profane my holy name; but I will be hallowed among the children of Israel: I am the LORD which hallow you,
33That brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the LORD.
World English Bible
1The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
2“Tell Aaron and his sons to separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel, which they make holy to me, and that they not profane my holy name. I am the LORD.
3“Tell them, ‘If anyone of all your offspring throughout your generations approaches the holy things which the children of Israel make holy to the LORD, having his uncleanness on him, that soul shall be cut off from before me. I am the LORD.
4“‘Whoever of the offspring of Aaron is a leper or has a discharge shall not eat of the holy things until he is clean. Whoever touches anything that is unclean by the dead, or a man who has a seminal emission,
5or whoever touches any creeping thing by which he may be made unclean, or a man from whom he may become unclean, whatever uncleanness he has—
6the person that touches any such shall be unclean until the evening, and shall not eat of the holy things unless he bathes his body in water.
7When the sun is down, he shall be clean; and afterward he shall eat of the holy things, because it is his bread.
8He shall not eat that which dies of itself or is torn by animals, defiling himself by it. I am the LORD.
9“‘They shall therefore follow my commandment, lest they bear sin for it and die in it, if they profane it. I am the LORD who sanctifies them.
10“‘No stranger shall eat of the holy thing: a foreigner living with the priests, or a hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing.
11But if a priest buys a slave, purchased by his money, he shall eat of it; and those who are born in his house shall eat of his bread.
12If a priest’s daughter is married to an outsider, she shall not eat of the heave offering of the holy things.
13But if a priest’s daughter is a widow, or divorced, and has no child, and has returned to her father’s house as in her youth, she may eat of her father’s bread; but no stranger shall eat any of it.
14“‘If a man eats something holy unwittingly, then he shall add the fifth part of its value to it, and shall give the holy thing to the priest.
15The priests shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, which they offer to the LORD,
16and so cause them to bear the iniquity that brings guilt when they eat their holy things; for I am the LORD who sanctifies them.’”
17The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
18“Speak to Aaron, and to his sons, and to all the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘Whoever is of the house of Israel, or of the foreigners in Israel, who offers his offering, whether it is any of their vows or any of their free will offerings, which they offer to the LORD for a burnt offering:
19that you may be accepted, you shall offer a male without defect, of the bulls, of the sheep, or of the goats.
20But you shall not offer whatever has a defect, for it shall not be acceptable for you.
21Whoever offers a sacrifice of peace offerings to the LORD to accomplish a vow, or for a free will offering of the herd or of the flock, it shall be perfect to be accepted. It shall have no defect.
22You shall not offer what is blind, is injured, is maimed, has a wart, is festering, or has a running sore to the LORD, nor make an offering by fire of them on the altar to the LORD.
23Either a bull or a lamb that has any deformity or lacking in his parts, that you may offer for a free will offering; but for a vow it shall not be accepted.
24You must not offer to the LORD that which has its testicles bruised, crushed, broken, or cut. You must not do this in your land.
25You must not offer any of these as the bread of your God from the hand of a foreigner, because their corruption is in them. There is a defect in them. They shall not be accepted for you.’”
26The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
27“When a bull, a sheep, or a goat is born, it shall remain seven days with its mother. From the eighth day on it shall be accepted for the offering of an offering made by fire to the LORD.
28Whether it is a cow or ewe, you shall not kill it and its young both in one day.
29“When you sacrifice a sacrifice of thanksgiving to the LORD, you shall sacrifice it so that you may be accepted.
30It shall be eaten on the same day; you shall leave none of it until the morning. I am the LORD.
31“Therefore you shall keep my commandments, and do them. I am the LORD.
32You shall not profane my holy name, but I will be made holy among the children of Israel. I am the LORD who makes you holy,
33who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God. I am the LORD.”
