El Señor le ordenó a Moisés
Y HABLÓ Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
que les dijera a Aarón y a sus hijos: «Sean muy cuidadosos en el trato que le dan a las ofrendas que el pueblo me consagra, para que no deshonren mi santo nombre; porque yo soy el Señor.
Di á Aarón y á sus hijos, que se abstengan de las santificaciones de los hijos de Israel, y que no profanen mi santo nombre en lo que ellos me santifican: Yo Jehová.
Speak unto Aaron and to his sons, that they separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel, and that they profane not my holy name in those things which they hallow unto me: I am the LORD.
“Tell Aaron and his sons to separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel, which they make holy to me, and that they not profane my holy name. I am the LORD.
»De ahora en adelante, y para siempre, si el sacerdote que esté ceremonialmente impuro sacrifica los animales traídos por el pueblo, o toca las ofrendas dedicadas a mí, será destituido del sacerdocio. Yo soy el Señor.
Diles: Todo varón de toda vuestra simiente en vuestras generaciones que llegare á las cosas sagradas, que los hijos de Israel consagran á Jehová, teniendo inmundicia sobre sí, de delante de mí será cortada su alma: Yo Jehová.
Say unto them, Whosoever he be of all your seed among your generations, that goeth unto the holy things, which the children of Israel hallow unto the LORD, having his uncleanness upon him, that soul shall be cut off from my presence: I am the LORD.
“Tell them, ‘If anyone of all your offspring throughout your generations approaches the holy things which the children of Israel make holy to the LORD, having his uncleanness on him, that soul shall be cut off from before me. I am the LORD.
»Ningún sacerdote que esté leproso, o tenga una llaga que supura podrá comer las santas ofrendas hasta que se haya curado. Cualquier sacerdote que toque un cadáver, o esté contaminado por una emisión seminal,
Cualquier varón de la simiente de Aarón que fuere leproso, ó padeciere flujo, no comerá de las cosas sagradas hasta que esté limpio: y el que tocare cualquiera cosa inmunda de mortecino, ó el varón del cual hubiere salido derramamiento de semen;
What man soever of the seed of Aaron is a leper, or hath a running issue; he shall not eat of the holy things, until he be clean. And whoso toucheth any thing that is unclean by the dead, or a man whose seed goeth from him;
“‘Whoever of the offspring of Aaron is a leper or has a discharge shall not eat of the holy things until he is clean. Whoever touches anything that is unclean by the dead, or a man who has a seminal emission,
o toque algún reptil o alguna otra cosa prohibida, o toque a cualquiera que esté ritualmente impuro, por cualquier razón,
O el varón que hubiere tocado cualquier reptil, por el cual será inmundo, ú hombre por el cual venga á ser inmundo, conforme á cualquiera inmundicia suya;
Or whosoever toucheth any creeping thing, whereby he may be made unclean, or a man of whom he may take uncleanness, whatsoever uncleanness he hath;
or whoever touches any creeping thing by which he may be made unclean, or a man from whom he may become unclean, whatever uncleanness he has—
quedará impuro hasta el anochecer, y no comerá del santo sacrificio hasta después que se haya bañado.
La persona que lo tocare, será inmunda hasta la tarde, y no comerá de las cosas sagradas antes que haya lavado su carne con agua.
The soul which hath touched any such shall be unclean until even, and shall not eat of the holy things, unless he wash his flesh with water.
the person that touches any such shall be unclean until the evening, and shall not eat of the holy things unless he bathes his body in water.
Después de la puesta del sol quedará limpio nuevamente y podrá comer de las cosas sagradas, porque son la fuente de su vida.
Y cuando el sol se pusiere, será limpio; y después comerá las cosas sagradas, porque su pan es.
And when the sun is down, he shall be clean, and shall afterward eat of the holy things; because it is his food.
When the sun is down, he shall be clean; and afterward he shall eat of the holy things, because it is his bread.
No puede comer animales que sean encontrados muertos o que hayan sido destrozados por animales salvajes, porque esto lo contaminaría. Yo soy el Señor.
Mortecino ni despedazado por fiera no comerá, para contaminarse en ello: Yo Jehová.
That which dieth of itself, or is torn with beasts, he shall not eat to defile himself therewith: I am the LORD.
He shall not eat that which dies of itself or is torn by animals, defiling himself by it. I am the LORD.
»Todos los sacerdotes deben obedecer estas instrucciones, para que no sean culpables, y mueran por violarlas. Yo soy el Señor quien los santifica.
Guarden, pues, mi ordenanza, y no lleven pecado por ello, no sea que así mueran cuando la profanaren: Yo Jehová que los santifico.
They shall therefore keep mine ordinance, lest they bear sin for it, and die therefore, if they profane it: I the LORD do sanctify them.
“‘They shall therefore follow my commandment, lest they bear sin for it and die in it, if they profane it. I am the LORD who sanctifies them.
»Nadie que no pertenezca a la familia de un sacerdote podrá comer de las ofrendas sagradas. Por eso, ni los huéspedes o jornaleros de un sacerdote podrán comer de las ofrendas sagradas.
Ningún extraño comerá cosa sagrada; el huésped del sacerdote, ni el jornalero, no comerá cosa sagrada.
There shall no stranger eat of the holy thing: a sojourner of the priest, or an hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing.
“‘No stranger shall eat of the holy thing: a foreigner living with the priests, or a hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing.
Sin embargo, hay una excepción: Si el sacerdote compra un esclavo con su dinero, ese esclavo puede comer de lo sacrificado, y si el esclavo tiene hijos en la casa del sacerdote, ellos pueden comer.
Mas el sacerdote, cuando comprare persona de su dinero, ésta comerá de ella, y el nacido en su casa: éstos comerán de su pan.
But if the priest buy any soul with his money, he shall eat of it, and he that is born in his house: they shall eat of his meat.
But if a priest buys a slave, purchased by his money, he shall eat of it; and those who are born in his house shall eat of his bread.
Si la hija de un sacerdote se casa fuera de la tribu, no puede participar de la ofrenda sagrada.
Empero la hija del sacerdote, cuando se casare con varón extraño, ella no comerá de la ofrenda de las cosas sagradas.
If the priest’s daughter also be married unto a stranger, she may not eat of an offering of the holy things.
If a priest’s daughter is married to an outsider, she shall not eat of the heave offering of the holy things.
Pero si queda viuda, o se divorcia y no tiene hijos que la sostengan, y regresa a casa de su padre, puede comer nuevamente de los alimentos de su padre. Fuera de esto, nadie que no pertenezca a la familia sacerdotal puede comer de las ofrendas sagradas.
Pero si la hija del sacerdote fuere viuda, ó repudiada, y no tuviere prole, y se hubiere vuelto á la casa de su padre, como en su mocedad, comerá del pan de su padre; mas ningún extraño coma de él.
But if the priest’s daughter be a widow, or divorced, and have no child, and is returned unto her father’s house, as in her youth, she shall eat of her father’s meat: but there shall no stranger eat thereof.
But if a priest’s daughter is a widow, or divorced, and has no child, and has returned to her father’s house as in her youth, she may eat of her father’s bread; but no stranger shall eat any of it.
»Si alguien come de los sacrificios sagrados sin darse cuenta, devolverá al sacerdote la cantidad que haya usado, más un veinte por ciento;
Y el que por yerro comiere cosa sagrada, añadirá á ella su quinto, y darálo al sacerdote con la cosa sagrada.
And if a man eat of the holy thing unwittingly, then he shall put the fifth part thereof unto it, and shall give it unto the priest with the holy thing.
“‘If a man eats something holy unwittingly, then he shall add the fifth part of its value to it, and shall give the holy thing to the priest.
porque el sacrificio santo traído por el pueblo de Israel no debe ser contaminado por personas que lo coman sin estar autorizadas para ello, porque estos sacrificios han sido consagrados al Señor.
No profanarán, pues, las cosas santas de los hijos de Israel, las cuales apartan para Jehová:
And they shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, which they offer unto the LORD;
The priests shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, which they offer to the LORD,
Cualquiera que viole esta ley es culpable y está en peligro, porque ha comido de las ofrendas sagradas. Yo soy el Señor, quien santifica las ofrendas».
Y no les harán llevar la iniquidad del pecado, comiendo las cosas santas de ellos: porque yo Jehová soy el que los santifico.
Or suffer them to bear the iniquity of trespass, when they eat their holy things: for I the LORD do sanctify them.
and so cause them to bear the iniquity that brings guilt when they eat their holy things; for I am the LORD who sanctifies them.’”
El Señor le ordenó a Moisés que les dijera a Aarón y a sus hijos, y a todos los israelitas en general: «Si un israelita o un extranjero que viva en medio de ustedes ofrece un holocausto al Señor, sea para cumplir una promesa o sea una ofrenda voluntaria espontánea,
Y habló Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
—
Habla á Aarón y á sus hijos, y á todos los hijos de Israel, y diles: Cualquier varón de la casa de Israel, ó de los extranjeros en Israel, que ofreciere su ofrenda por todos sus votos, y por todas sus voluntarias oblaciones que ofrecieren á Jehová en holocausto;
Speak unto Aaron, and to his sons, and unto all the children of Israel, and say unto them, Whatsoever he be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers in Israel, that will offer his oblation for all his vows, and for all his freewill offerings, which they will offer unto the LORD for a burnt offering;
“Speak to Aaron, and to his sons, and to all the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘Whoever is of the house of Israel, or of the foreigners in Israel, who offers his offering, whether it is any of their vows or any of their free will offerings, which they offer to the LORD for a burnt offering:
sólo será aceptable delante del Señor si es un animal macho sin defecto; deberá ser un becerro, un carnero o un macho cabrío.
De vuestra voluntad ofreceréis macho sin defecto de entre las vacas, de entre los corderos, ó de entre las cabras.
Ye shall offer at your own will a male without blemish, of the beeves, of the sheep, or of the goats.
that you may be accepted, you shall offer a male without defect, of the bulls, of the sheep, or of the goats.
Ningún animal que tenga defecto será presentado, porque no será aceptado por el Señor.
Ninguna cosa en que haya falta ofreceréis, porque no será acepto por vosotros.
But whatsoever hath a blemish, that shall ye not offer: for it shall not be acceptable for you.
But you shall not offer whatever has a defect, for it shall not be acceptable for you.
»Si alguien ofrece un sacrificio de reconciliación al Señor, ya sea ganado vacuno u ovino, sea para cumplir un voto o como ofrenda voluntaria, el animal que se vaya a sacrificar debe ser sin defecto, o no será aceptado por el Señor.
Asimismo, cuando alguno ofreciere sacrificio de paces á Jehová para presentar voto, ú ofreciendo voluntariamente, sea de vacas ó de ovejas, sin tacha será acepto; no ha de haber en él falta.
And whosoever offereth a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the LORD to accomplish his vow, or a freewill offering in beeves or sheep, it shall be perfect to be accepted; there shall be no blemish therein.
Whoever offers a sacrifice of peace offerings to the LORD to accomplish a vow, or for a free will offering of the herd or of the flock, it shall be perfect to be accepted. It shall have no defect.
No se debe ofrecer al Señor un animal que sea ciego o que esté perniquebrado o mutilado, o que tenga llagas, sarna o cualquier otra enfermedad de la piel. No es adecuado para ofrecerlo sobre el altar del Señor.
Ciego, ó perniquebrado, ó mutilado, ó verrugoso, ó sarnoso, ó roñoso, no ofreceréis éstos á Jehová, ni de ellos pondréis ofrenda encendida sobre el altar de Jehová.
Blind, or broken, or maimed, or having a wen, or scurvy, or scabbed, ye shall not offer these unto the LORD, nor make an offering by fire of them upon the altar unto the LORD.
You shall not offer what is blind, is injured, is maimed, has a wart, is festering, or has a running sore to the LORD, nor make an offering by fire of them on the altar to the LORD.
Si el becerro o el cordero que se va a presentar al Señor tiene alguna deformidad, puede ofrecerse como ofrenda voluntaria, pero no en pago de un voto.
Buey ó carnero que tenga de más ó de menos, podrás ofrecer por ofrenda voluntaria; mas por voto no será acepto.
Either a bullock or a lamb that hath any thing superfluous or lacking in his parts, that mayest thou offer for a freewill offering; but for a vow it shall not be accepted.
Either a bull or a lamb that has any deformity or lacking in his parts, that you may offer for a free will offering; but for a vow it shall not be accepted.
»No se podrá ofrecer al Señor, bajo ninguna circunstancia, un animal que tenga los testículos lastimados, dañados, cortados o arrancados.
Herido ó magullado, rompido ó cortado, no ofreceréis á Jehová, ni en vuestra tierra lo haréis.
Ye shall not offer unto the LORD that which is bruised, or crushed, or broken, or cut; neither shall ye make any offering thereof in your land.
You must not offer to the LORD that which has its testicles bruised, crushed, broken, or cut. You must not do this in your land.
Esta restricción se aplica también a los sacrificios hechos por los extranjeros que habiten en medio de ustedes. Así que no aceptarán ningún animal que tenga algún defecto de los ya mencionados».
Y de mano de hijo de extranjero no ofreceréis el pan de vuestro Dios de todas estas cosas; porque su corrupción está en ellas: hay en ellas falta, no se os aceptarán.
Neither from a stranger’s hand shall ye offer the bread of your God of any of these; because their corruption is in them, and blemishes be in them: they shall not be accepted for you.
You must not offer any of these as the bread of your God from the hand of a foreigner, because their corruption is in them. There is a defect in them. They shall not be accepted for you.’”
Y el Señor le dijo a Moisés: «Cuando nazca un becerro, un cordero o un cabrito, será dejado con su madre siete días, pero al octavo día es aceptable como holocausto al Señor.
Y habló Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
—
El buey, ó el cordero, ó la cabra, cuando naciere, siete días estará mamando de su madre: mas desde el octavo día en adelante será acepto para ofrenda de sacrificio encendido á Jehová.
When a bullock, or a sheep, or a goat, is brought forth, then it shall be seven days under the dam; and from the eighth day and thenceforth it shall be accepted for an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
“When a bull, a sheep, or a goat is born, it shall remain seven days with its mother. From the eighth day on it shall be accepted for the offering of an offering made by fire to the LORD.
»No degollarán el mismo día una vaca o una oveja con su cría.
Y sea buey ó carnero, no degollaréis en un día á él y á su hijo.
And whether it be cow or ewe, ye shall not kill it and her young both in one day.
Whether it is a cow or ewe, you shall not kill it and its young both in one day.
»Cuando ofrezcan al Señor un sacrificio de acción de gracias, deberán hacerlo en la forma correcta, comiéndose el animal sacrificado el mismo día que fue degollado. No dejarán parte de él para el día siguiente. Yo soy el Señor.
Y cuando sacrificareis sacrificio de hacimiento de gracias á Jehová, de vuestra voluntad lo sacrificaréis.
And when ye will offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving unto the LORD, offer it at your own will.
“When you sacrifice a sacrifice of thanksgiving to the LORD, you shall sacrifice it so that you may be accepted.

En el mismo día se comerá; no dejaréis de él para otro día: Yo Jehová.
On the same day it shall be eaten up; ye shall leave none of it until the morrow: I am the LORD.
It shall be eaten on the same day; you shall leave none of it until the morning. I am the LORD.
»Deberán obedecer todos mis mandamientos, porque yo soy el Señor.
Guardad pues mis mandamientos, y ejecutadlos: Yo Jehová.
Therefore shall ye keep my commandments, and do them: I am the LORD.
“Therefore you shall keep my commandments, and do them. I am the LORD.
»No me tratarán como si fuera algo común y ordinario. Al contrario, reconozcan que yo soy el Dios santo que habito entre ustedes. Yo soy el Señor que los santifico a ustedes. Fui yo quien los rescaté de Egipto para que fueran mi pueblo especial. Yo soy el Señor».
Y no amancilléis mi santo nombre, y yo me santificaré en medio de los hijos de Israel: Yo Jehová que os santifico;
Neither shall ye profane my holy name; but I will be hallowed among the children of Israel: I am the LORD which hallow you,
You shall not profane my holy name, but I will be made holy among the children of Israel. I am the LORD who makes you holy,
—
Que os saqué de la tierra de Egipto, para ser vuestro Dios: Yo Jehová.
That brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the LORD.
who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God. I am the LORD.”
