20Wenn ein Mann bei einem Weibe liegt und ihr beiwohnt, die eine Sklavin ist, die als Nebenweib einem andern Manne angehört, aber weder losgekauft noch freigelassen ist, so soll eine Bestrafung stattfinden; doch sie sollen nicht den Tod erleiden, weil sie keine Freie gewesen ist.

20Y cuando un hombre tuviere cópula con mujer, y ella fuere sierva desposada con alguno, y no estuviere rescatada, ni le hubiere sido dada libertad, ambos serán azotados: no morirán, por cuanto ella no es libre.

20And whosoever lieth carnally with a woman, that is a bondmaid, betrothed to an husband, and not at all redeemed, nor freedom given her; she shall be scourged; they shall not be put to death, because she was not free.
