20Wenn ein Mann bei einem Weibe liegt, die eine leibeigene Magd und von dem Mann verschmäht ist, doch nicht erlöst noch Freiheit erlangt hat, das soll gestraft werden; aber sie sollen nicht sterben, denn sie ist nicht frei gewesen.

20And whosoever lieth carnally with a woman, that is a bondmaid, betrothed to an husband, and not at all redeemed, nor freedom given her; she shall be scourged; they shall not be put to death, because she was not free.
