8Da thaten die Israeliten, wie ihnen Josua befohlen hatte, und nahmen zwölf Steine mitten aus dem Jordan, wie Jahwe Josua geboten hatte, entsprechend der Anzahl der israelitischen Stämme; die trugen sie mit sich hinüber an den Platz, wo sie übernachteten, und stellten sie daselbst auf.

8Y los hijos de Israel lo hicieron así como Josué les mandó: que levantaron doce piedras del medio del Jordán, como Jehová lo había dicho á Josué, conforme al número de las tribus de los hijos de Israel, y pasáronlas consigo al alojamiento, y las asentaron allí.

8And the children of Israel did so as Joshua commanded, and took up twelve stones out of the midst of Jordan, as the LORD spake unto Joshua, according to the number of the tribes of the children of Israel, and carried them over with them unto the place where they lodged, and laid them down there.
