10Les fils d'Ephraïm n'exterminèrent pas le Chananéen qui réside en Gazer ; le Chananéen habita cette ville en Ephraïm, jusqu'à ce que vint le Pharaon d'Egypte, qui la prit et l'incendia. Alors, les Egyptiens tuèrent les Chananéens, les Phérézéens et tous les citoyens de Gazer, et le Pharaon la donna en dot à sa fille.

10And they drave not out the Canaanites that dwelt in Gezer: but the Canaanites dwell among the Ephraimites unto this day, and serve under tribute.

10They didn’t drive out the Canaanites who lived in Gezer; but the Canaanites dwell in the territory of Ephraim to this day, and have become servants to do forced labor.
