20Perciocchè dal Signore procedeva che coloro induravano il cuor loro, per venire a battaglia con Israele; acciocchè egli li distruggesse al modo dell'interdetto, e non vi fosse grazia alcuna per loro, anzi fossero sterminati; come il Signore avea comandato a Mosè.
