Er betet zu Gott, und der ist ihm gnädig, / lässt ihn sein Angesicht mit Jauchzen schauen / und gibt dem Menschen die Unschuld wieder. /

He shall pray unto God, and he will be favourable unto him: and he shall see his face with joy: for he will render unto man his righteousness.

Er wird vor den Leuten lobsingen und sagen: / "Ich habe gesündigt und das Recht verkehrt; / aber er hat mir nicht nach meiner Schuld vergolten. /

Dios redimirá su alma, que no pase al sepulcro, y su vida se verá en luz.

Siehe, dies alles tut Gott / zweimal und dreimal mit dem Menschen: /
He aquí, todas estas cosas hace Dios dos y tres veces con el hombre;
