18Il s'est fatigué pour des choses vaines et insensées, pour des biens dont il ne goûtera pas, qui lui serviront comme un nerf desséché où il n'y a rien à manger ni à boire.

18That which he laboured for shall he restore, and shall not swallow it down: according to his substance shall the restitution be, and he shall not rejoice therein.

18He will restore that for which he labored, and will not swallow it down. He will not rejoice according to the substance that he has gotten.
