DE los hijos de Ammón. Así ha dicho Jehová: ¿No tiene hijos Israel? ¿No tiene heredero? ¿Por qué tomó como por heredad el rey de ellos á Gad, y su pueblo habitó en sus ciudades?
Concerning the Ammonites, thus saith the LORD; Hath Israel no sons? hath he no heir? why then doth their king inherit Gad, and his people dwell in his cities?
Of the children of Ammon. The LORD says: “Has Israel no sons? Has he no heir? Why then does Malcam possess Gad, and his people dwell in its cities?
Darum siehe, es kommen Tage, spricht der Herr, da lasse ich Kriegsgeschrei hören über Rabbath-Ammon, und es soll zum Trümmerhügel werden, und seine Tochterstädte sollen in Feuer aufgehen; und Israel wird die beerben, die ihm sein Erbe genommen, spricht der Herr.
Por tanto, he aquí vienen días, ha dicho Jehová, en que haré oir en Rabba de los hijos de Ammón clamor de guerra; y será puesta en montón de asolamiento, y sus ciudades serán puestas á fuego, é Israel tomará por heredad á los que los tomaron á ellos, ha dicho Jehová.
Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will cause an alarm of war to be heard in Rabbah of the Ammonites; and it shall be a desolate heap, and her daughters shall be burned with fire: then shall Israel be heir unto them that were his heirs, saith the LORD.

Wehklage, Hesbon, denn die Stadt ist zerstört! Schreiet, ihr Töchter Rabbas! Gürtet das Trauertuch um! Haltet Totenklage und ritzt euch wund! Denn Milkom muss in die Verbannung wandern mitsamt seinen Priestern und Fürsten.
Aulla, oh Hesbón, porque destruída es Hai; clamad, hijas de Rabba, vestíos de sacos, endechad, y rodead por los vallados, porque el rey de ellos fué en cautiverio, sus sacerdotes y sus príncipes juntamente.
Howl, O Heshbon, for Ai is spoiled: cry, ye daughters of Rabbah, gird you with sackcloth; lament, and run to and fro by the hedges; for their king shall go into captivity, and his priests and his princes together.
“Wail, Heshbon, for Ai is laid waste! Cry, you daughters of Rabbah! Clothe yourself in sackcloth. Lament, and run back and forth among the fences; for Malcam will go into captivity, his priests and his princes together.
Was rühmst du dich deiner Täler, du ausgelassene Tochter, die sich auf ihre Schätze verlässt und spricht: "Wer wollte über mich kommen?"
¿Por qué te glorías de los valles? Tu valle se deshizo, oh hija contumaz, la que confía en sus tesoros, la que dice: ¿Quién vendrá contra mí?
Wherefore gloriest thou in the valleys, thy flowing valley, O backsliding daughter? that trusted in her treasures, saying, Who shall come unto me?

Siehe, ich will Schrecken über dich bringen, spricht der Herr, der Gott der Heerscharen, von allen Seiten ringsum, dass ihr zersprengt werden sollt, ein jeder für sich; und niemand wird die Flüchtigen sammeln.
He aquí yo traigo sobre ti espanto, dice el Señor Jehová de los ejércitos, de todos tus alrededores; y seréis lanzados cada uno en derechura de su rostro, y no habrá quien recoja al errante.
Behold, I will bring a fear upon thee, saith the Lord GOD of hosts, from all those that be about thee; and ye shall be driven out every man right forth; and none shall gather up him that wandereth.

Über Edom. So spricht der Herr der Heerscharen: Ist denn keine Weisheit mehr in Theman? Der Witz ist den Klugen ausgegangen, verschüttet ist ihre Weisheit. (a) Hes 25:12-14; Ob 1; Am 1:11 12
De Edom. Así ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos: ¿No hay más sabiduría en Temán? ¿ha perecido el consejo en los sabios? ¿corrompióse su sabiduría?
Concerning Edom, thus saith the LORD of hosts; Is wisdom no more in Teman? is counsel perished from the prudent? is their wisdom vanished?

Fliehet, wendet euch von dannen, versteckt euch in der Tiefe, Bewohner Dedans! Denn ich bringe über Esau das Verderben zur Zeit der Heimsuchung.
Huid, volveos, escondeos en simas para estar, oh moradores de Dedán; porque el quebrantamiento de Esaú traeré sobre él, al tiempo que lo tengo de visitar.

Ja, Winzer kommen über dich, die lassen keine Nachlese übrig, ja, nächtliche Diebe, die verderben, soviel sie nur wollen.

If grapegatherers come to thee, would they not leave some gleaning grapes? if thieves by night, they will destroy till they have enough.

Denn ich selbst lege Esau bloss, ich decke seine Schlupfwinkel auf; er kann nicht verborgen bleiben. Er wird überwältigt durch den Arm seiner Brüder und Nachbarn, und es ist aus mit ihm.

La fama oí, que de Jehová había sido enviado mensajero á las gentes, diciendo: Juntaos, y venid contra ella, y levantaos á la batalla.
I have heard a rumour from the LORD, and an ambassador is sent unto the heathen, saying, Gather ye together, and come against her, and rise up to the battle.

Denn siehe, ich mache dich klein unter den Völkern, verachtet unter den Menschen.

For, lo, I will make thee small among the heathen, and despised among men.

Deine Fruchtbarkeit hat dich betört, der Hochmut deines Herzens, der du in Felsenklüften wohnst und Bergeshöhen besetzt hältst. Wenn du gleich horstest hoch wie der Adler, ich stürze von dort dich herab, spricht der Herr.
Tu arrogancia te engañó, y la soberbia de tu corazón, tú que habitas en cavernas de peñas, que tienes la altura del monte: aunque alces como águila tu nido, de allí te haré descender, dice Jehová.
Thy terribleness hath deceived thee, and the pride of thine heart, O thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, that holdest the height of the hill: though thou shouldest make thy nest as high as the eagle, I will bring thee down from thence, saith the LORD.
As for your terror, the pride of your heart has deceived you, O you who dwell in the clefts of the rock, who hold the height of the hill, though you should make your nest as high as the eagle, I will bring you down from there,” says the LORD.
Edom soll zum Entsetzen werden; ein jeder, der es durchwandert, wird sich entsetzen und spotten ob all seiner Plagen. (a) Jer 18:16; 19:8

Darum höret den Ratschluss, den der Herr über Edom beschlossen, und die Pläne, die er wider die Bewohner von Theman geplant hat: Fürwahr, es sollen weggeschleppt werden die Hirtenbuben! Fürwahr, es wird sich über sie entsetzen ihre Aue!
Por tanto, oid el consejo de Jehová, que ha acordado sobre Edom; y sus pensamientos, que ha resuelto sobre los moradores de Temán. Ciertamente los más pequeños del hato los arrastrarán, y destruirán sus moradas con ellos.
Therefore hear the counsel of the LORD, that he hath taken against Edom; and his purposes, that he hath purposed against the inhabitants of Teman: Surely the least of the flock shall draw them out: surely he shall make their habitations desolate with them.

Über Damaskus. Enttäuscht sind Hamath und Arpad; denn böse Kunde haben sie vernommen. Verzagt ist ihr Herz vor Bekümmernis, kann nicht zur Ruhe kommen. (a) Jes 17:1-3; Am 1:3-5
Acerca de Damasco. Confundióse Hamath, y Arphad, porque oyeron malas nuevas: derritiéronse en aguas de desmayo, no pueden sosegarse.
Concerning Damascus. Hamath is confounded, and Arpad: for they have heard evil tidings: they are fainthearted; there is sorrow on the sea; it cannot be quiet.

Wehe ihm! Verlassen ist die ruhmreiche Stadt, die Stätte der Wonne!

How is the city of praise not left, the city of my joy!

Darum wird ihre Jungmannschaft auf ihren Plätzen fallen, und all ihre Krieger werden an jenem Tage vernichtet werden, spricht der Herr der Heerscharen.

De Cedar y de los reinos de Hasor, los cuales hirió Nabucodonosor rey de Babilonia. Así ha dicho Jehová: Levantaos, subid contra Cedar, y destruid los hijos de oriente.
Concerning Kedar, and concerning the kingdoms of Hazor, which Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon shall smite, thus saith the LORD; Arise ye, go up to Kedar, and spoil the men of the east.

Auf, ziehet heran wider das sorglose Volk, das so sicher wohnt, spricht der Herr, das nicht Türen noch Riegel hat, das einsam haust.
Levantaos, subid á gente pacífica, que vive confiadamente, dice Jehová, que ni tienen puertas ni cerrojos, que viven solitarios.
Arise, get you up unto the wealthy nation, that dwelleth without care, saith the LORD, which have neither gates nor bars, which dwell alone.
Arise! Go up to a nation that is at ease, that dwells without care,” says the LORD; “that has neither gates nor bars, that dwells alone.

und werde über Elam vier Winde kommen lassen von den vier Enden des Himmels und sie in alle diese Winde zerstreuen; und es wird kein Volk sein, zu dem nicht die Versprengten aus Elam kommen.
Y traeré sobre Elam los cuatro vientos de los cuatro puntos del cielo, y aventarélos á todos estos vientos; ni habrá gente adonde no vengan extranjeros de Elam.
And upon Elam will I bring the four winds from the four quarters of heaven, and will scatter them toward all those winds; and there shall be no nation whither the outcasts of Elam shall not come.

Ich werde den Elamitern Schrecken einjagen vor ihren Feinden, vor denen, die ihnen nach dem Leben trachten, und werde Unheil über sie bringen, meinen glühenden Zorn, spricht der Herr; ich werde das Schwert hinter ihnen her senden, bis ich sie aufgerieben habe.
