Au sujet de Damas : « Hamath et Arpad sont dans la confusion, car elles ont entendu une mauvaise nouvelle. Elles fondent de peur. L'inquiétude est sur la mer. Elle ne peut s'apaiser.

Acerca de Damasco. Confundióse Hamath, y Arphad, porque oyeron malas nuevas: derritiéronse en aguas de desmayo, no pueden sosegarse.

Concerning Damascus. Hamath is confounded, and Arpad: for they have heard evil tidings: they are fainthearted; there is sorrow on the sea; it cannot be quiet.

Of Damascus: “Hamath and Arpad are confounded, for they have heard evil news. They have melted away. There is sorrow on the sea. It can’t be quiet.
