28Fürchte du dich nicht, mein Knecht Jakob, spricht der HERR; denn ich bin mit dir; denn ich will allen Völkern, unter welche ich dich verstoßen habe, den Garaus machen; dir aber will ich nicht den Garaus machen, sondern züchtigen will ich dich nach dem Recht und dich nicht ungestraft lassen.

28Tú, siervo mío Jacob, no temas, dice Jehová; porque yo soy contigo: porque haré consumación en todas las gentes á las cuales te habré echado; mas en ti no haré consumación, sino que te castigaré con juicio, y no te talaré del todo.

28Fear thou not, O Jacob my servant, saith the LORD: for I am with thee; for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have driven thee: but I will not make a full end of thee, but correct thee in measure; yet will I not leave thee wholly unpunished.

28Don’t be afraid, O Jacob my servant,” says the LORD, “for I am with you; for I will make a full end of all the nations where I have driven you, but I will not make a full end of you, but I will correct you in measure, and will in no way leave you unpunished.”
