Das Wort, das von dem Herrn an Jeremias ging, nachdem ihn Nebuzaradan, der Oberste der Leibwächter, von Rama hatte gehen lassen. Als er ihn holen ließ, da war mit Ketten er gefesselt, inmitten aller der Gefangenen Jerusalems und Judas, die abgeführt nach Babel werden sollten.
PALABRA que fué á Jeremías de Jehová, después que Nabuzaradán capitán de la guardia le envió desde Ramá, cuando le tomó estando atado con esposas entre toda la transmigración de Jerusalem y de Judá que iban cautivos á Babilonia.
The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, after that Nebuzar-adan the captain of the guard had let him go from Ramah, when he had taken him being bound in chains among all that were carried away captive of Jerusalem and Judah, which were carried away captive unto Babylon.

And the captain of the guard took Jeremiah, and said unto him, The LORD thy God hath pronounced this evil upon this place.

Der Herr hat es erfüllt. Er tat so, wie er angedroht; denn ihr versündigtet euch an dem Herrn und hörtet nicht auf seine Stimme; drum hat euch dies Geschick getroffen.
Y halo traído y hecho Jehová según que había dicho: porque pecasteis contra Jehová, y no oísteis su voz, por eso os ha venido esto.
Now the LORD hath brought it, and done according as he hath said: because ye have sinned against the LORD, and have not obeyed his voice, therefore this thing is come upon you.

Doch heute löse ich dich aus den Ketten, die an deinen Händen sind. Beliebt es dir, mit mir nach Babel mitzugehn, dann komm! Ich sorg für dich. Beliebt's dir aber nicht, mit mir nach Babel mitzugehn, dann laß es sein! Das ganze Land steht dir dann offen. Wohin zu gehen es dir gut und recht erscheint, geh hin!"
Y ahora yo te he soltado hoy de las esposas que tenías en tus manos. Si te está bien venir conmigo á Babilonia, ven, y yo miraré por ti; mas si no te está bien venir conmigo á Babilonia, déjalo: mira, toda la tierra está delante de ti; ve á donde mejor y más cómodo te pareciere ir.
And now, behold, I loose thee this day from the chains which were upon thine hand. If it seem good unto thee to come with me into Babylon, come; and I will look well unto thee: but if it seem ill unto thee to come with me into Babylon, forbear: behold, all the land is before thee: whither it seemeth good and convenient for thee to go, thither go.
Now, behold, I release you today from the chains which are on your hand. If it seems good to you to come with me into Babylon, come, and I will take care of you; but if it seems bad to you to come with me into Babylon, don’t. Behold, all the land is before you. Where it seems good and right to you to go, go there.”
Als er noch immer nichts erwiderte, sprach er: "Geh zu Gedalja, dem Sohn des Achikam und Enkel Saphans! Ihn hat der Babelkönig über Judas Städte eingesetzt. Bleib unterm Volk bei diesem, oder geh, wohin zu gehn es dir beliebt!" Alsdann beschenkte ihn der Oberste der Leibwächter mit Zehrung und mit einer Ehrengabe; hierauf entließ er ihn.
Y aun no se había él vuelto, cuando le dijo: Vuélvete á Gedalías hijo de Ahicam, hijo de Saphán, al cual el rey de Babilonia ha puesto sobre todas las ciudades de Judá, y vive con él en medio del pueblo: ó ve á donde te pareciere más cómodo de ir. Y dióle el capitán de la guardia presentes y dones, y despidióle.
Now while he was not yet gone back, he said, Go back also to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan, whom the king of Babylon hath made governor over the cities of Judah, and dwell with him among the people: or go wheresoever it seemeth convenient unto thee to go. So the captain of the guard gave him victuals and a reward, and let him go.
Now while he had not yet gone back, “Go back then,” he said, “to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan, whom the king of Babylon has made governor over the cities of Judah, and dwell with him among the people; or go wherever it seems right to you to go.” So the captain of the guard gave him food and a present, and let him go.
Und Jeremias kam so zu Gedalja, dem Sohn des Achikam, nach Mispa und blieb bei ihm dort unterm Volk, das noch im Lande war.
Fuése entonces Jeremías á Gedalías hijo de Ahicam, á Mizpa, y moró con él en medio del pueblo que había quedado en la tierra.
Then went Jeremiah unto Gedaliah the son of Ahikam to Mizpah; and dwelt with him among the people that were left in the land.

Da hörten alle Obersten der Scharen auf dem freien Feld, samt ihren Leuten, daß Babels König den Gedalja, Achikams Sohn, zum Statthalter im Lande eingesetzt und daß er ihm die Männer, Weiber, Kinder unterstellt, und von den armen Leuten im Lande jenen Teil, der nicht nach Babel abgeführt war.
Y como oyeron todos los príncipes del ejército que estaba por el campo, ellos y sus hombres, que el rey de Babilonia había puesto á Gedalías hijo de Ahicam sobre la tierra, y que le había encomendado los hombres, y las mujeres, y los niños, y los pobres de la tierra, que no fueron trasportados á Babilonia;

Da kam nach Mispa zu Gedalja Ismael, der Sohn Netanjas, mit ihm Jochanan und von Karechs Söhnen Jonatan, Seraja, des Tanchumet Sohn, die Söhne Ephai's, des Netophatiters, sowie Jezanja, des Maakatiters Sohn, und ihre Leute.
Vinieron luego á Gedalías en Mizpa, es á saber, Ismael hijo de Nethanías, y Johanán y Jonathán hijos de Carea, y Seraías hijo de Tanhumeth, y los hijos de Ephi Netophatita, y Jezanías hijo de Maachâti, ellos y sus hombres.
Then they came to Gedaliah to Mizpah, even Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and Johanan and Jonathan the sons of Kareah, and Seraiah the son of Tanhumeth, and the sons of Ephai the Netophathite, and Jezaniah the son of a Maachathite, they and their men.

Da schwur der Sohn des Achikam, Gedalja, ihnen samt ihren Leuten zu: "Habt keine Angst, euch den Chaldäern zu ergeben! Bleibt hier im Land und seid dem Babelkönig untertan! Dann geht's euch gut.
Y juróles Gedalías hijo de Ahicam, hijo de Saphán, á ellos y á sus hombres, diciendo: No tengáis temor de servir á los Caldeos: habitad en la tierra, y servid al rey de Babilonia, y tendréis bien.
And Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan sware unto them and to their men, saying, Fear not to serve the Chaldeans: dwell in the land, and serve the king of Babylon, and it shall be well with you.

Ich selber bleibe hier in Mispa, um euch vor den Chaldäern zu vertreten, die zu uns kommen. Ihr aber erntet ruhig Wein und Obst und Öl und legt es ein und bleibt in euren Städten, die ihr euch erwählt!"
Y he aquí que yo habito en Mizpa, para estar delante de los Caldeos que vendrán á nosotros; mas vosotros, coged el vino, y el pan, y el aceite, y ponedlo en vuestros almacenes, y quedaos en vuestras ciudades que habéis tomado.
As for me, behold, I will dwell at Mizpah to serve the Chaldeans, which will come unto us: but ye, gather ye wine, and summer fruits, and oil, and put them in your vessels, and dwell in your cities that ye have taken.

Da kehrten alle Juden aus den Orten insgesamt zurück, in die sie überall versprengt gewesen, und kamen in das Judaland nach Mispa zu Gedalja. Da ernteten sie Wein und Obst in großer Menge.
Todos estos Judíos tornaron entonces de todas las partes adonde habían sido echados, y vinieron á tierra de Judá, á Gedalías en Mizpa; y cogieron vino y muy muchos frutos.

Da kam Jochanan, Karechs Sohn, samt allen Heeresobersten im freien Felde nach Mispa zu Gedalja
Y Johanán, hijo de Carea, y todos los príncipes de la gente de guerra que estaban en el campo, vinieron á Gedalías en Mizpa,

und sie sagten ihm: "Weißt du, daß Baalis, der Ammoniterkönig, den Ismael, Netanjas Sohn gesandt, dich zu ermorden?" Gedalja aber, Sohn Achikams, schenkte ihnen keinen Glauben.
Y dijéronle: ¿No sabes de cierto como Baalis, rey de los hijos de Ammón, ha enviado á Ismael hijo de Nethanías, para matarte? Mas Gedalías hijo de Ahicam no los creyó.
And said unto him, Dost thou certainly know that Baalis the king of the Ammonites hath sent Ishmael the son of Nethaniah to slay thee? But Gedaliah the son of Ahikam believed them not.
and said to him, “Do you know that Baalis the king of the children of Ammon has sent Ishmael the son of Nethaniah to take your life?” But Gedaliah the son of Ahikam didn’t believe them.
Jochanan, Karechs Sohn, sprach aber zu Gedalja insgeheim in Mispa: "Ich gehe hin und morde Ismael, Netanjas Sohn. Kein Mensch soll es erfahren. Was soll er dich ums Leben bringen, daß alle, die von Juda sich um dich gesammelt, sich abermals zerstreuen und Judas Rest verlorengehe?"
Entonces Johanán hijo de Carea habló á Gedalías en secreto, en Mizpa, diciendo: Yo iré ahora, y heriré á Ismael hijo de Nethanías, y hombre no lo sabrá: ¿por qué te ha de matar, y todos los Judíos que se han recogido á ti se derramarán, y perecerá el resto de Judá?
Then Johanan the son of Kareah spake to Gedaliah in Mizpah secretly, saying, Let me go, I pray thee, and I will slay Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and no man shall know it: wherefore should he slay thee, that all the Jews which are gathered unto thee should be scattered, and the remnant in Judah perish?
Then Johanan the son of Kareah spoke to Gedaliah in Mizpah secretly, saying, “Please let me go, and I will kill Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and no man will know it. Why should he take your life, that all the Jews who are gathered to you should be scattered, and the remnant of Judah perish?”
Achikams Sohn jedoch, Gedalja, sprach zu Karechs Sohn, Jochanan: "Tu dies nicht! Du redest über Ismael nur, was nicht wahr.
Pero Gedalías hijo de Ahicam dijo á Johanán hijo de Carea: No hagas esto, porque falso es lo que tú dices de Ismael.
But Gedaliah the son of Ahikam said unto Johanan the son of Kareah, Thou shalt not do this thing: for thou speakest falsely of Ishmael.
But Gedaliah the son of Ahikam said to Johanan the son of Kareah, “You shall not do this thing, for you speak falsely of Ishmael.”
