14Aber im siebenten Monden kam Ismael, der Sohn Nethanjas, des Sohns Elisamas, aus königlichem Stamm, samt den Obersten des Königs und zehn Männer mit ihm zu Gedalja, dem Sohn Ahikams, gen Mizpa und aßen daselbst zu Mizpa miteinander.

14And said unto him, Dost thou certainly know that Baalis the king of the Ammonites hath sent Ishmael the son of Nethaniah to slay thee? But Gedaliah the son of Ahikam believed them not.
World English Bible
14and said to him, “Do you know that Baalis the king of the children of Ammon has sent Ishmael the son of Nethaniah to take your life?” But Gedaliah the son of Ahikam didn’t believe them.
