1Jeremias foi levado junto com outros moradores de Jerusalém para Ramá. Lá, Nebuzaradã, o chefe da guarda, encontrou o profeta acorrentado entre todos os cativos de Jerusalém e de Judá que estavam sendo levados para o exílio na Babilônia e o libertou.

1PALABRA que fué á Jeremías de Jehová, después que Nabuzaradán capitán de la guardia le envió desde Ramá, cuando le tomó estando atado con esposas entre toda la transmigración de Jerusalem y de Judá que iban cautivos á Babilonia.

1The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, after that Nebuzar-adan the captain of the guard had let him go from Ramah, when he had taken him being bound in chains among all that were carried away captive of Jerusalem and Judah, which were carried away captive unto Babylon.
