8Sie hatte zwar gesehn, wie ich die Abgekehrte, Israel, verstieß und ihr den Scheidebrief gegeben, weil sie die Ehe brach. Doch ihre ungetreue Schwester Juda hat sich nicht gescheut; sie ging und buhlte ebenso.

8Que yo lo había visto; que por todas estas causas en las cuales fornicó la rebelde Israel, yo la había despedido, y dádole la carta de su repudio; y no tuvo temor la rebelde Judá su hermana, sino que también fué ella y fornicó.

8And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.

8I saw when, for this very cause, that backsliding Israel had committed adultery, I had put her away and given her a certificate of divorce, yet treacherous Judah, her sister, had no fear, but she also went and played the prostitute.
