1Comúnmente se dice: Si un marido repudia a su mujer, y ella separada de éste toma otro marido, ¿acaso volverá jamás a recibirla? ¿No quedará la tal mujer inmunda y contaminada? Tú, es cierto, que has pecado con muchos amantes. Esto no obstante vuélvete a mí, dice el Señor, que yo te recibiré.

1They say, If a man put away his wife, and she go from him, and become another man’s, shall he return unto her again? shall not that land be greatly polluted? but thou hast played the harlot with many lovers; yet return again to me, saith the LORD.
