9Mein Herr und König! Jene Männer haben übel gehandelt mit alledem, was sie dem Propheten Jeremia angethan haben, daß sie ihn in die Cisterne geworfen haben, so daß er ebendort Hungers sterben muß, weil kein Brot mehr in der Stadt ist.

9Mi señor el rey, mal hicieron estos varones en todo lo que han hecho con Jeremías profeta, al cual hicieron echar en la mazmorra; porque allí se morirá de hambre, pues no hay más pan en la ciudad.

9My lord the king, these men have done evil in all that they have done to Jeremiah the prophet, whom they have cast into the dungeon; and he is like to die for hunger in the place where he is: for there is no more bread in the city.
