32Assim, Jeremias pegou outro rolo e deu a Baruque, filho de Nerias, o escriba. E Baruque escreveu nele todas as palavras ditadas por Jeremias que estavam no rolo queimado por Jeoaquim, rei de Judá. Além disso, muitas outras palavras semelhantes foram acrescentadas a este rolo.

32Y tomó Jeremías otro rollo, y diólo á Baruch hijo de Nerías escriba; y escribió en él de boca de Jeremías todas las palabras del libro que quemó en el fuego Joacim rey de Judá; y aun fueron añadidas sobre ellas muchas otras palabras semejantes.

32Then took Jeremiah another roll, and gave it to Baruch the scribe, the son of Neriah; who wrote therein from the mouth of Jeremiah all the words of the book which Jehoiakim king of Judah had burned in the fire: and there were added besides unto them many like words.
