17Darum spricht Jahwe also: Ihr habt nicht auf mich gehört, als es sich darum handelte, für einander und einer für den andern Freiheit auszurufen, - so will nun ich Freiheit für euch ausrufen, ist der Spruch Jahwes, zur Preisgabe an das Schwert, an die Pest und an den Hunger, und will euch zu einem Schreckbilde für alle Königreiche der Erde machen

17Por tanto, así ha dicho Jehová: Vosotros no me habéis oído en promulgar cada uno libertad á su hermano, y cada uno á su compañero: he aquí que yo os promulgo libertad, dice Jehová, á cuchillo y á pestilencia y á hambre; y os pondré en remoción á todos los reinos de la tierra.

17Therefore thus saith the LORD; Ye have not hearkened unto me, in proclaiming liberty, every one to his brother, and every man to his neighbour: behold, I proclaim a liberty for you, saith the LORD, to the sword, to the pestilence, and to the famine; and I will make you to be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth.

17Therefore the LORD says: “You have not listened to me, to proclaim liberty, every man to his brother, and every man to his neighbor. Behold, I proclaim to you a liberty,” says the LORD, “to the sword, to the pestilence, and to the famine. I will make you be tossed back and forth among all the kingdoms of the earth.
