Jeremías 30

1Das Wort, welches an Jeremia von seiten Jahwes erging, also lautend:
2So spricht Jahwe, der Gott Israels: Schreibe dir alle die Worte, die ich zu dir geredet habe, in ein Buch!
3Denn fürwahr, es kommt die Zeit - ist der Spruch Jahwes -, da will ich das Geschick meines Volkes Israel und Juda wenden, spricht Jahwe, und sie in das Land, das ich ihren Vätern verliehen habe, zurückbringen, daß sie es in Besitz nehmen.
4Dies aber sind die Worte, die Jahwe in betreff Israels und Judas geredet hat:
5Ja, also spricht Jahwe: Horch! Schrecken vernehmen wir, nur Beben giebt's und kein Heil!
6Fragt doch nach und seht zu, ob wohl ein Mannsbild gebiert? Warum sehe ich denn alle Männer mit den Händen an den Hüften, einer Gebärenden gleich? und warum wandeln sich doch alle Angesichter in Totenblässe?
7Wehe! gewaltig ist jener Tag, es giebt seinesgleichen nicht, und eine Zeit der Angst ist's für Jakob, aber - er wird daraus gerettet werden!
8Denn an jenem Tage - ist der Spruch Jahwes der Heerscharen - will ich sein Joch auf deinem Halse zerbrechen und deine Stricke zerreißen, und Fremde sollen ihn nicht mehr knechten;
9vielmehr sollen sie Jahwe, ihrem Gotte, dienen und ihrem Könige David, den ich ihnen erstehen lasse!
10Du aber, sei getrost, mein Knecht Jakob - ist der Spruch Jahwes -, und erschrick nicht, Israel, denn ich will dich erretten aus fernem Land und deine Nachkommen aus dem Lande, wo sie gefangen sind, daß Jakob heimkehre und ruhig wohne und sicher lebe, ohne daß ihn jemand aufschreckt;
11denn ich bin mit dir - ist der Spruch Jahwes -, dich zu erretten. Denn mit allen den Völkern, unter die ich dich zerstreut habe, will ich es garaus machen, nur mit dir will ich es nicht garaus machen. Vielmehr will ich dich mit Maßen züchtigen; aber ganz ungestraft will ich dich nicht lassen.
12Ja, so spricht Jahwe: Gar schlimm steht's mit deinen Schäden, unheilbar ist deine Verwundung!
13Niemand nimmt sich deiner Sache an, - für die eiternde Wunde giebt's keine Heilmittel, nicht giebt's ein Pflaster für dich!
14Alle deine Buhlen haben dich vergessen: sie fragen nichts nach dir, weil ich, wie ein Feind schlägt, dich geschlagen habe, mit barbarischer Züchtigung, ob der Menge deiner Verschuldungen, ob der großen Zahl deiner Sünden.
15Was schreist du ob deines Schadens, daß gar schlimm dein Schmerz? Ob der Menge deiner Verschuldungen, ob der großen Zahl deiner Sünden habe ich dir das angethan!
16Jedoch alle, die dich fressen, sollen gefressen werden, und alle deine Dränger sollen insgesamt in Gefangenschaft ziehen und, die dich ausgeplündert haben, sollen der Plünderung verfallen, und alle, die dich ausgeraubt haben, will ich dem Raube preisgeben!
17Denn ich will dir einen Verband anlegen, will dich heilen von deinen Wunden - ist der Spruch Jahwes -, weil sie dich eine “Verstoßene” nennen, - “Zion, um die sich niemand kümmert!”
18So spricht Jahwe: Fürwahr, ich will das Geschick der Zelte Jakobs wenden und seiner Behausungen mich wiederum erbarmen, daß die Stadt auf ihrem Hügel wieder aufgebaut und der Palast an der gewohnten Stelle wiederum bewohnt werde!
19Und herausklingen soll aus ihnen wieder Dank und der Jubel Fröhlicher, und ich will sie sich mehren und nicht weniger werden lassen, und ich will sie zu Ehren bringen und nicht länger verachtet sein lassen.
20Seine Söhne aber sollen mir wie vordem gelten, und seine Volksgemeinde soll festgegründet vor mir stehen: alle seine Bedränger aber will ich heimsuchen.
21Und ein Machthaber für ihn soll ihm selbst entstammen, und ein Gebieter für ihn aus seiner Mitte hervorgehen. Und ich will ihn mir nahen lassen, daß er zu mir herantrete, - denn wen gäbe es sonst, der sein Leben daran wagen sollte, zu mir heranzutreten? - ist der Spruch Jahwes.
22Und so werdet ihr dann mein Volk und ich euer Gott sein!
23Schon bricht der Sturmwind Jahwes los, ein reißender Sturm, - auf das Haupt der Frevler wälzt er sich herab;
24Jahwes Zornglut läßt nicht ab, bis er seine Entschlüsse ausgerichtet und durchgeführt hat, - und hinterdrein werdet ihr das erkennen!

1PALABRA que fué á Jeremías de Jehová, diciendo:
2Así habló Jehová Dios de Israel, diciendo: Escríbete en un libro todas las palabras que te he hablado.
3Porque he aquí que vienen días, dice Jehová, en que tornaré la cautividad de mi pueblo Israel y Judá, ha dicho Jehová, y harélos volver á la tierra que dí á sus padres, y la poseerán.
4Estas pues son las palabras que habló Jehová acerca de Israel y de Judá.
5Porque así ha dicho Jehová: Hemos oído voz de temblor: espanto, y no paz.
6Preguntad ahora, y mirad si pare el varón: porque he visto que todo hombre tenía las manos sobre sus lomos, como mujer de parto, y hanse tornado pálidos todos los rostros.
7¡Ah, cuán grande es aquel día! tanto, que no hay otro semejante á él: tiempo de angustia para Jacob; mas de ella será librado.
8Y será en aquel día, dice Jehová de los ejércitos, que yo quebraré su yugo de tu cuello, y romperé tus coyundas, y extraños no lo volverán más á poner en servidumbre,
9Sino que servirán á Jehová su Dios, y á David su rey, el cual les levantaré.
10Tú pues, siervo mío Jacob, no temas, dice Jehová, ni te atemorices, Israel: porque he aquí que yo soy el que te salvo de lejos, y á tu simiente de la tierra de su cautividad; y Jacob tornará, y descansará y sosegará, y no habrá quien le espante.
11Porque yo soy contigo, dice Jehová, para salvarte: y haré consumación en todas las gentes entre la cuales te esparcí; en ti empero no haré consumación, sino que te castigaré con juicio, y no te talaré del todo.
12Porque así ha dicho Jehová: Desahuciado es tu quebrantamiento, y dificultosa tu llaga.
13No hay quien juzgue tu causa para salud: no hay para ti eficaces medicamentos.
14Todos tus enamorados te olvidaron; no te buscan; porque de herida de enemigo te herí, con azote de cruel, á causa de la muchedumbre de tu maldad, y de la multitud de tus pecados.
15¿Por qué gritas á causa de tu quebrantamiento? Desahuciado es tu dolor: porque por la grandeza de tu iniquidad, y por tus muchos pecados te he hecho esto.
16Empero serán consumidos todos los que te consumen; y todos tus afligidores, todos irán en cautiverio; y hollados serán los que te hollaron, y á todos los que hicieron presa de ti daré en presa.
17Mas yo haré venir sanidad para ti, y te sanaré de tus heridas, dice Jehová; porque Arrojada te llamaron, diciendo: Esta es Sión, á la que nadie busca.
18Así ha dicho Jehová: He aquí yo hago tornar la cautividad de las tiendas de Jacob, y de sus tiendas tendré misericordia; y la ciudad será edificada sobre su collado, y el templo será asentado según su forma.
19Y saldrá de ellos alabanza, y voz de gente que está en regocijo: y los multiplicaré, y no serán disminuídos; multiplicarélos, y no serán menoscabados.
20Y serán sus hijos como de primero y su congregación delante de mí será confirmada; y visitaré á todos sus opresores.
21Y de él será su fuerte, y de en medio de él saldrá su enseñoreador; y haréle llegar cerca, y acercaráse á mí: porque ¿quién es aquel que ablandó su corazón para llegarse á mí? dice Jehová.
22Y me seréis por pueblo, y yo seré vuestro Dios.
23He aquí, la tempestad de Jehová sale con furor, la tempestad que se apareja; sobre la cabeza de los impíos reposará.
24No se volverá la ira del enojo de Jehová, hasta que haya hecho y cumplido los pensamientos de su corazón: en el fin de los días entenderéis esto.

1The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,
2Thus speaketh the LORD God of Israel, saying, Write thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book.
3For, lo, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the LORD: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.
4And these are the words that the LORD spake concerning Israel and concerning Judah.
5For thus saith the LORD; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace.
6Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness?
7Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.
8For it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him:
9But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.
10Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the LORD; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid.
11For I am with thee, saith the LORD, to save thee: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered thee, yet will I not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished.
12For thus saith the LORD, Thy bruise is incurable, and thy wound is grievous.
13There is none to plead thy cause, that thou mayest be bound up: thou hast no healing medicines.
14All thy lovers have forgotten thee; they seek thee not; for I have wounded thee with the wound of an enemy, with the chastisement of a cruel one, for the multitude of thine iniquity; because thy sins were increased.
15Why criest thou for thine affliction? thy sorrow is incurable for the multitude of thine iniquity: because thy sins were increased, I have done these things unto thee.
16Therefore all they that devour thee shall be devoured; and all thine adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that spoil thee shall be a spoil, and all that prey upon thee will I give for a prey.
17For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.
18Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will bring again the captivity of Jacob’s tents, and have mercy on his dwellingplaces; and the city shall be builded upon her own heap, and the palace shall remain after the manner thereof.
19And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.
20Their children also shall be as aforetime, and their congregation shall be established before me, and I will punish all that oppress them.
21And their nobles shall be of themselves, and their governor shall proceed from the midst of them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach unto me: for who is this that engaged his heart to approach unto me? saith the LORD.
22And ye shall be my people, and I will be your God.
23Behold, the whirlwind of the LORD goeth forth with fury, a continuing whirlwind: it shall fall with pain upon the head of the wicked.
24The fierce anger of the LORD shall not return, until he have done it, and until he have performed the intents of his heart: in the latter days ye shall consider it.

1The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,
2“The LORD, the God of Israel, says, ‘Write all the words that I have spoken to you in a book.
3For, behold, the days come,’ says the LORD, ‘that I will reverse the captivity of my people Israel and Judah,’ says the LORD. ‘I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they will possess it.’”
4These are the words that the LORD spoke concerning Israel and concerning Judah.
5For the LORD says: “We have heard a voice of trembling; a voice of fear, and not of peace.
6Ask now, and see whether a man travails with child. Why do I see every man with his hands on his waist, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned pale?
7Alas, for that day is great, so that none is like it! It is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he will be saved out of it.
8It will come to pass in that day, says the LORD of Armies, that I will break his yoke from off your neck, and will burst your bonds. Strangers will no more make them their bondservants;
9but they will serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up to them.
10Therefore don’t be afraid, O Jacob my servant, says the LORD. Don’t be dismayed, Israel. For, behold, I will save you from afar, and save your offspring from the land of their captivity. Jacob will return, and will be quiet and at ease. No one will make him afraid.
11For I am with you, says the LORD, to save you; for I will make a full end of all the nations where I have scattered you, but I will not make a full end of you; but I will correct you in measure, and will in no way leave you unpunished.”
12For the LORD says, “Your hurt is incurable. Your wound is grievous.
13There is no one to plead your cause, that you may be bound up. You have no healing medicines.
14All your lovers have forgotten you. They don’t seek you. For I have wounded you with the wound of an enemy, with the chastisement of a cruel one, for the greatness of your iniquity, because your sins were increased.
15Why do you cry over your injury? Your pain is incurable. For the greatness of your iniquity, because your sins have increased, I have done these things to you.
16Therefore all those who devour you will be devoured. All your adversaries, everyone of them, will go into captivity. Those who plunder you will be plunder. I will make all who prey on you become prey.
17For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,” says the LORD, “because they have called you an outcast, saying, ‘It is Zion, whom no man seeks after.’”
18The LORD says: “Behold, I will reverse the captivity of Jacob’s tents, and have compassion on his dwelling places. The city will be built on its own hill, and the palace will be inhabited in its own place.
19Thanksgiving will proceed out of them with the voice of those who make merry. I will multiply them, and they will not be few; I will also glorify them, and they will not be small.
20Their children also will be as before, and their congregation will be established before me. I will punish all who oppress them.
21Their prince will be one of them, and their ruler will proceed from among them. I will cause him to draw near, and he will approach me; for who is he who has had boldness to approach me?” says the LORD.
22“You shall be my people, and I will be your God.
23Behold, the LORD’s storm, his wrath, has gone out, a sweeping storm; it will burst on the head of the wicked.
24The fierce anger of the LORD will not return until he has accomplished, and until he has performed the intentions of his heart. In the latter days you will understand it.”
