Weinet nicht um den, der tot ist, und beklaget ihn nicht! Weinet, weinet um den, der von dannen zieht! Denn nimmermehr kehrt er wieder, und die Heimat sieht er nicht mehr. (a) 2Kön 23:29-34; 2Ch 35:25

No lloréis al muerto, ni de él os condolezcáis: llorad amargamente por el que va; porque no volverá jamás, ni verá la tierra donde nació.

Weep ye not for the dead, neither bemoan him: but weep sore for him that goeth away: for he shall return no more, nor see his native country.

Don’t weep for the dead. Don’t bemoan him; but weep bitterly for him who goes away, for he will return no more, and not see his native country.
