5C'est de l'argent travaillé, il ne marchera jamais ; c'est une image en argent de Tharsis ; viendra aussi l'or de Mophaz, et la main du fondeur ; ce sont œuvres d'artistes, revêtues d'hyacinthe et de pourpre. Elles ne peuvent aller qu'on ne les porte. Ne les craignez point, elles ne vous feront point de mal, et il n'y a pas de bien à en attendre.

5Como palma lo igualan, y no hablan; son llevados, porque no pueden andar. No tengáis temor de ellos; porque ni pueden hacer mal, ni para hacer bien tienen poder.

5They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good.

5They are like a palm tree, of turned work, and don’t speak. They must be carried, because they can’t move. Don’t be afraid of them; for they can’t do evil, neither is it in them to do good.”
