49Da hieben auch seine Leute, Mann für Mann, ihr Teil Buschwerk um, folgten dem Abimelech, legten es auf das Gewölbe und steckten das Gewölbe über ihnen in Brand. So kamen auch alle Insassen der Burg von Sichem um, etwa tausend Männer und Frauen.
