49Chaque homme coupa un rameau ; ils suivirent tous Abimélech, ils déposèrent les rameaux autour du lieu de rassemblement, et ils y mirent le feu, et ils brûlèrent tous les hommes du rassemblement. Ainsi tous ceux de la tour de Sichem périrent ; environ mille hommes et femmes.
