39Quando o sinal foi enviado, os soldados de Israel se afastaram da batalha. Ora, os homens de Benjamim já haviam começado a atacar, e mataram em torno de trinta homens de Israel, e disseram: "É certo que estão derrotados perante nós, como na primeira batalha".
