Das Haus von Israel, der Weinberg ist's des Herrn der Heeresscharen und Judas Männer seine Lieblingspflanzung. Er wartete auf Rechtsspruch, und sieh da: Rechtsbruch! Auf Guttat hoffte er. Doch sieh da: Bluttat!
Ciertamente la viña de Jehová de los ejércitos es la casa de Israel, y los hombres de Judá planta suya deleitosa. Esperaba juicio, y he aquí vileza; justicia, y he aquí clamor.
For the vineyard of the LORD of hosts is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah his pleasant plant: and he looked for judgment, but behold oppression; for righteousness, but behold a cry.

¡Ay de los que juntan casa con casa, y allegan heredad á heredad hasta acabar el término! ¿Habitaréis vosotros solos en medio de la tierra?
Woe unto them that join house to house, that lay field to field, till there be no place, that they may be placed alone in the midst of the earth!

In mine ears said the LORD of hosts, Of a truth many houses shall be desolate, even great and fair, without inhabitant.

die Zithern, Harfen, Pauken, Flöten und Wein vereinen zum Gelage, doch um des Herren Wirken sich mitnichten kümmern und nicht auf seiner Hände Werke blicken!

Der Heeresscharen Herr, erhaben zeigt er sich durch das Gericht und heilig durch Gerechtigkeit der heilige Gott.

But the LORD of hosts shall be exalted in judgment, and God that is holy shall be sanctified in righteousness.

Dann weiden Lämmer wiederum auf ihrer Trift; die fetten Jungen käuen wieder.
Y los corderos serán apacentados según su costumbre; y extraños comerán las gruesas desamparadas.
Then shall the lambs feed after their manner, and the waste places of the fat ones shall strangers eat.
Then the lambs will graze as in their pasture, and strangers will eat the ruins of the rich.
Ein Wehe denen, die die Schuld mit Ochsenstricken herziehn und die Sündenstrafen wie mit Wagenseilen,
¡Ay de los que traen la iniquidad con cuerdas de vanidad, y el pecado como con coyundas de carreta,
Woe unto them that draw iniquity with cords of vanity, and sin as it were with a cart rope:
Woe to those who draw iniquity with cords of falsehood, and wickedness as with cart rope,
die sagen: "Er beschleunige sein Werk, vollziehe es in Eile, daß wir's noch erleben! Herbei mit der Erfüllung, mit dem, was über uns der Heilige Israels beschloß, daß wir es kennenlernen!"
Los cuales dicen: Venga ya, apresúrese su obra, y veamos: acérquese, y venga el consejo del Santo de Israel, para que lo sepamos!

Ein Wehe denen, die das Böse gut und bös das Gute nennen, die Finsternis zu Lichte machen und Licht zu Finsternis, und Bitteres zu Süßem, süß zu bitter! -
¡Ay de los que á lo malo dicen bueno, y á lo bueno malo; que hacen de la luz tinieblas, y de las tinieblas luz; que ponen lo amargo por dulce, y lo dulce por amargo!
Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

¡Ay de los que son valientes para beber vino, y hombres fuertes para mezclar bebida;

Woe to those who are mighty to drink wine, and champions at mixing strong drink;
Die für Bezahlung Schuldige freisprechen, der Unschuld ihre Unschuld streitig machen! -
Los que dan por justo al impío por cohechos, y al justo quitan su justicia!
Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him!
who acquit the guilty for a bribe, but deny justice for the innocent!
Drum, wie des Feuers Zunge Stoppeln frißt und dürres Gras im Feuer flammt, so wird auch ihre Wurzel wie zu Moder. Wie Staub fliegt ihre Blüte auf. Denn sie verwarfen das Gesetz des Herrn der Heeresscharen und lästerten das Wort des Heiligen Israels.
Por tanto, como la lengua del fuego consume las aristas, y la llama devora la paja, así será su raíz como pudrimiento, y su flor se desvanecerá como polvo: porque desecharon la ley de Jehová de los ejércitos, y abominaron la palabra del Santo de Israel.
Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the LORD of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Deshalb ist gegen seine Nation der Zorn des Herrn entbrannt; er streckte seine Hand aus wider sie und schlug sie nieder. Die Berge zitterten, und ihre Leichen lagen wie der Unrat auf den Gassen. Bei all dem legte sich sein Zorn noch nicht, und seine Hand blieb ausgestreckt!
Por esta causa se encendió el furor de Jehová contra su pueblo, y extendió contra él su mano, é hirióle; y se estremecieron los montes, y sus cadáveres fueron arrojados en medio de las calles. Con todo esto no ha cesado su furor, antes está su mano todavía extendida.
Therefore is the anger of the LORD kindled against his people, and he hath stretched forth his hand against them, and hath smitten them: and the hills did tremble, and their carcases were torn in the midst of the streets. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.

Und für ein Volk aus fernem Land erstellte er ein Banner, und pfiff es von der Erde Rand herbei. Behende kommt es und in Eile. -
Y alzará pendón á gentes de lejos, y silbará al que está en el cabo de la tierra; y he aquí que vendrá pronto y velozmente.
And he will lift up an ensign to the nations from far, and will hiss unto them from the end of the earth: and, behold, they shall come with speed swiftly:
He will lift up a banner to the nations from far away, and he will whistle for them from the end of the earth. Behold, they will come speedily and swiftly.
Kein Müder und kein Matter ist darunter, und keiner schläft, und keiner schlummert, und keiner öffnet seiner Lenden Gürtel, und keiner löst die Riemen seiner Schuhe. -
No habrá entre ellos cansado, ni que vacile; ninguno se dormirá ni le tomará sueño; á ninguno se le desatará el cinto de los lomos, ni se le romperá la correa de sus zapatos.
None shall be weary nor stumble among them; none shall slumber nor sleep; neither shall the girdle of their loins be loosed, nor the latchet of their shoes be broken:
No one shall be weary nor stumble among them; no one shall slumber nor sleep, neither shall the belt of their waist be untied, nor the strap of their sandals be broken,
Geschärft sind seine Pfeile; alle seine Bogen sind gespannt. Den Kieseln gleichen seiner Rosse Hufe, dem Wirbelsturme seine Räder. -
Sus saetas amoladas, y todos sus arcos entesados; las uñas de sus caballos parecerán como de pedernal, y las ruedas de sus carros como torbellino.
Whose arrows are sharp, and all their bows bent, their horses’ hoofs shall be counted like flint, and their wheels like a whirlwind:

Gleich einem Löwen brüllt es; gleich einem jungen Leuen brüllt's und knurrt und packt und sichert seinen Rauh, und niemand wehrt ihm. -
Su bramido como de león; rugirá á manera de leoncillos, rechinará los dientes, y arrebatará la presa; la apañara, y nadie se la quitará.
Their roaring shall be like a lion, they shall roar like young lions: yea, they shall roar, and lay hold of the prey, and shall carry it away safe, and none shall deliver it.
Their roaring will be like a lioness. They will roar like young lions. Yes, they shall roar, and seize their prey and carry it off, and there will be no one to deliver.
Das knurrt an jenem Tage über ihm wie Meerestoben, und wer hineinschaut in dies Land, der sieht nur bange Finsternis. Kein Lichtstrahl dringt mehr in sein Dunkel.
Y bramará sobre él en aquel día como bramido de la mar: entonces mirará hacia la tierra, y he aquí tinieblas de tribulación, y en sus cielos se oscurecerá la luz.
And in that day they shall roar against them like the roaring of the sea: and if one look unto the land, behold darkness and sorrow, and the light is darkened in the heavens thereof.
They will roar against them in that day like the roaring of the sea. If one looks to the land, behold, darkness and distress. The light is darkened in its clouds.
