19Quando eu faço promessas, elas são bem claras e não são ditas de algum lugar numa terra de trevas; e falo abertamente, para todos ouvirem. Eu não prometi aos descendentes de Israel: Procurem à toa. Eu, o Senhor, sempre falo a verdade e sempre anuncio a justiça.

19I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the LORD speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.
