28Esto dice el Señor a mi ungido Ciro, a quien he tomado de la mano, para sujetar a él las naciones y hacer volver las espaldas a los reyes, y para abrir delante de él las puertas, sin que ninguna pueda resistirle.

28That saith of Cyrus, He is my shepherd, and shall perform all my pleasure: even saying to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be built; and to the temple, Thy foundation shall be laid.
