19Ja du Volk, das auf dem Zion, das zu Jerusalem wohnt: Immerfort sollst du nicht weinen! Gewiß wird er dich begnadigen infolge deines Schreiens. Wenn er es vernimmt, erhört er dich.

19For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem: thou shalt weep no more: he will be very gracious unto thee at the voice of thy cry; when he shall hear it, he will answer thee.
World English Bible
19For the people will dwell in Zion at Jerusalem. You will weep no more. He will surely be gracious to you at the voice of your cry. When he hears you, he will answer you.
