16Como vocês estão errados! Como são tolos! Será que o oleiro que faz os jarros é igual ao barro? Será que uma obra de arte poderia dizer ao artista que a criou: “Não foi você que me fez”? Por acaso o vaso poderá dizer do oleiro: “Você não sabe o que está fazendo”?

16Vuestra subversión ciertamente será reputada como el barro del alfarero. ¿La obra dirá de su hacedor, No me hizo; y dirá el vaso de aquel que lo ha formado, No entendió?

16Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter’s clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding?
World English Bible
16You turn things upside down! Should the potter be thought to be like clay, that the thing made should say about him who made it, “He didn’t make me;” or the thing formed say of him who formed it, “He has no understanding”?
