Oui, ils se moquent des rois, et les princes sont pour eux un objet de dérision. Ils se rient de toute forteresse, car ils élèvent une rampe de terre et s'en emparent.

Y escarnecerá de los reyes, y de los príncipes hará burla: reiráse de toda fortaleza, y amontonará polvo, y la tomará.

And they shall scoff at the kings, and the princes shall be a scorn unto them: they shall deride every strong hold; for they shall heap dust, and take it.

Yes, they scoff at kings, and princes are a derision to them. They laugh at every stronghold, for they build up an earthen ramp and take it.
