Und Kain ging von JHWH weg und ließ sich nieder (wohnte) im Land Nod (der Flüchtlingschaft), das östlich von Eden lag.

Y salió Caín de delante de Jehová, y habitó en tierra de Nod, al oriente de Edén.

And Cain went out from the presence of the LORD, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden.

Cain left the LORD’s presence, and lived in the land of Nod, east of Eden.
