14Du vertreibst mich tatsächlich an diesem Tag von der Oberfläche des Ackerbodens, und vor deinem Angesicht werde ich verborgen sein (verberge ich mich); und ich muss ein Umherirrender (Unsteter) und ein Flüchtling (Wanderer) auf der Erde werden, und {es wird so sein} wer mich findet, wird (kann) mich sicherlich töten.

14Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me.

14Behold, you have driven me out today from the surface of the ground. I will be hidden from your face, and I will be a fugitive and a wanderer in the earth. Whoever finds me will kill me.”
