Israël s'établit donc dans le pays d'Égypte, dans la province de Gessen; ils en demeurèrent possesseurs, y crûrent et y multiplièrent prodigieusement.

Así habitó Israel en la tierra de Egipto, en la tierra de Gosén; y aposesionáronse en ella, y se aumentaron, y multiplicaron en gran manera.

And Israel dwelt in the land of Egypt, in the country of Goshen; and they had possessions therein, and grew, and multiplied exceedingly.
