Assim Israel viveu na terra do Egito, na terra de Gosén. Seu povo ganhou posses ali. Eles frutificaram e multiplicaram-se grandemente.

Así habitó Israel en la tierra de Egipto, en la tierra de Gosén; y aposesionáronse en ella, y se aumentaron, y multiplicaron en gran manera.

And Israel dwelt in the land of Egypt, in the country of Goshen; and they had possessions therein, and grew, and multiplied exceedingly.
