ISRAELE adunque si partì, con tutto ciò ch’egli avea. E, giunto in Beerseba, sacrificò sacrificii all’Iddio d’Isacco suo padre.

Y PARTIÓSE Israel con todo lo que tenía, y vino á Beer-seba, y ofreció sacrificios al Dios de su padre Isaac.

And Israel took his journey with all that he had, and came to Beer-sheba, and offered sacrifices unto the God of his father Isaac.

E Iddio parlò a Israele in visioni di notte, e disse: Giacobbe, Giacobbe. Ed egli disse: Eccomi.

And God spake unto Israel in the visions of the night, and said, Jacob, Jacob. And he said, Here am I.

E Iddio disse: Io sono Iddio, l’Iddio di tuo padre; non temer di andare in Egitto; perciocchè io ti farò divenir quivi una gran nazione.

Y dijo: Yo soy Dios, el Dios de tu padre; no temas de descender á Egipto, porque yo te pondré allí en gran gente.

And he said, I am God, the God of thy father: fear not to go down into Egypt; for I will there make of thee a great nation:

Io scenderò teco in Egitto; e altresì te ne ricondurrò fuori; e Giuseppe metterà la sua mano sopra gli occhi tuoi

Yo descenderé contigo á Egipto, y yo también te haré volver: y José pondrá su mano sobre tus ojos.

I will go down with thee into Egypt; and I will also surely bring thee up again: and Joseph shall put his hand upon thine eyes.

E Giacobbe partì di Beerseba; e i figliuoli d’Israele fecero salire Giacobbe, loro padre, e i lor piccoli figliuoli, e le lor mogli, sopra i carri, che Faraone avea mandati per levar Giacobbe.

Y levantóse Jacob de Beer-seba; y tomaron los hijos de Israel á su padre Jacob, y á sus niños, y á sus mujeres, en los carros que Faraón había enviado para llevarlo.

And Jacob rose up from Beer-sheba: and the sons of Israel carried Jacob their father, and their little ones, and their wives, in the wagons which Pharaoh had sent to carry him.

Presero ancora i lor bestiami, e le facoltà che aveano acquistate nel paese di Canaan; e vennero in Egitto, Giacobbe e tutta la sua progenie.

Y tomaron sus ganados, y su hacienda que había adquirido en la tierra de Canaán, y viniéronse á Egipto, Jacob, y toda su simiente consigo;

And they took their cattle, and their goods, which they had gotten in the land of Canaan, and came into Egypt, Jacob, and all his seed with him:

Egli menò seco in Egitto i suoi figliuoli, e i figliuoli de’ suoi figliuoli; le sue figliuole, e le figliuole de’ suoi figliuoli, e tutta la sua progenie.

Sus hijos, y los hijos de sus hijos consigo; sus hijas, y las hijas de sus hijos, y á toda su simiente trajo consigo á Egipto.

His sons, and his sons’ sons with him, his daughters, and his sons’ daughters, and all his seed brought he with him into Egypt.

Y los hijos de Judá: Er, y Onán, y Sela, y Phares, y Zara: mas Er y Onán, murieron en la tierra de Canaán. Y los hijos de Phares fueron Hezrón y Hamul.

And the sons of Judah; Er, and Onan, and Shelah, and Pharez, and Zerah: but Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan. And the sons of Pharez were Hezron and Hamul.

Questi sono i figliuoli di Lea, i quali ella partorì a Giacobbe in Paddan-aram, oltre a Dina, figliuola di esso: tutte le persone de’ suoi figliuoli, con le sue figliuole, erano trentatre.

Questi sono i figliuoli di Zilpa, la quale Labano diede a Lea, sua figliuola; ed ella partorì costoro a Giacobbe, che furono sedici persone.

Todas las personas que vinieron con Jacob á Egipto, procedentes de sus lomos, sin las mujeres de los hijos de Jacob, todas las personas fueron sesenta y seis.

All the souls that came with Jacob into Egypt, which came out of his loins, besides Jacob’s sons’ wives, all the souls were threescore and six;

Or Giacobbe mandò davanti a sè Giuda a Giuseppe, per avvisarlo che gli venisse incontro in Gosen. Ed essi giunsero alla contrada di Gosen.

And he sent Judah before him unto Joseph, to direct his face unto Goshen; and they came into the land of Goshen.

E Giuseppe fece mettere i cavalli al suo carro, e andò incontro a Israele, suo padre, in Gosen, e gli si fece vedere, e gli si gittò al collo, e pianse sopra il suo collo, per lungo spazio.

E Israele disse a Giuseppe: Muoia io pure questa volta, poichè ho veduta la tua faccia; conciossiachè tu vivi ancora.

Entonces Israel dijo á José: Muera yo ahora, ya que he visto tu rostro, pues aun vives.

And Israel said unto Joseph, Now let me die, since I have seen thy face, because thou art yet alive.

Poi Giuseppe disse a’ suoi fratelli, e alla famiglia di suo padre: Io andrò, e farò assapere la vostra venuta a Faraone, e gli dirò: I miei fratelli, e la famiglia di mio padre, i quali erano nel paese di Canaan, son venuti a me.

Y José dijo á sus hermanos, y á la casa de su padre: Subiré y haré saber á Faraón, y diréle: Mis hermanos y la casa de mi padre, que estaban en la tierra de Canaán, han venido á mí;

And Joseph said unto his brethren, and unto his father’s house, I will go up, and shew Pharaoh, and say unto him, My brethren, and my father’s house, which were in the land of Canaan, are come unto me;

E questi uomini son pastori di gregge; conciossiachè sieno sempre stati gente di bestiame; e hanno menate le lor gregge, e i loro armenti, e tutto ciò che hanno.

Y los hombres son pastores de ovejas, porque son hombres ganaderos: y han traído sus ovejas y sus vacas, y todo lo que tenían.

And the men are shepherds, for their trade hath been to feed cattle; and they have brought their flocks, and their herds, and all that they have.

Ora, s’egli avviene che Faraone vi chiami, e vi dica: Qual’è il vostro mestiere? dite:

And it shall come to pass, when Pharaoh shall call you, and shall say, What is your occupation?

I tuoi servitori, dalla nostra giovanezza infino ad ora, sono sempre stati gente di bestiame, così noi, come i nostri padri; acciocchè dimoriate nella contrada di Gosen: perciocchè ogni pastor di greggia è in abbominio agli Egizj

Entonces diréis: Hombres de ganadería han sido tus siervos desde nuestra mocedad hasta ahora, nosotros y nuestros padres; á fin que moréis en la tierra de Gosén, porque los Egipcios abominan todo pastor de ovejas.

That ye shall say, Thy servants’ trade hath been about cattle from our youth even until now, both we, and also our fathers: that ye may dwell in the land of Goshen; for every shepherd is an abomination unto the Egyptians.
