Génesis 44

Car ton serviteur a répondu de l’enfant en le prenant à mon père ; il a dit : Si je ne le ramène pas auprès de toi, je serai coupable envers mon père à tout jamais.

Como tu siervo salió por fiador del mozo con mi padre, diciendo: Si no te lo volviere, entonces yo seré culpable para mi padre todos los días;

For thy servant became surety for the lad unto my father, saying, If I bring him not unto thee, then I shall bear the blame to my father for ever.

For your servant became collateral for the boy to my father, saying, ‘If I don’t bring him to you, then I will bear the blame to my father forever.’
