Und es geschah, nachdem zwei Jahre vergangen waren, dass auch der Pharaoh einen Traum hatte. Und siehe, er stand er am Fluss.

Y ACONTECIÓ que pasados dos años tuvo Faraón un sueño: Parecíale que estaba junto al río;

And it came to pass at the end of two full years, that Pharaoh dreamed: and, behold, he stood by the river.

Und siehe, aus dem Fluss stiegen sieben Kühe, schön (hübsch) †vom Aussehen und fett (dick) †vom Fleisch. Und sie weideten im Gras.

Y que del río subían siete vacas, hermosas á la vista, y muy gordas, y pacían en el prado:

And, behold, there came up out of the river seven well favoured kine and fatfleshed; and they fed in a meadow.

Behold, seven cattle came up out of the river. They were sleek and fat, and they fed in the marsh grass.

Und siehe, sieben andere Kühe stiegen nach ihnen aus dem Fluss, schlecht †vom Aussehen und mager (dünn) †vom Fleisch. Und sie stellten sich neben die †anderen Kühe am Ufer des Flusses.

Y que otras siete vacas subían tras ellas del río, de fea vista, y enjutas de carne, y se pararon cerca de las vacas hermosas á la orilla del río:

And, behold, seven other kine came up after them out of the river, ill favoured and leanfleshed; and stood by the other kine upon the brink of the river.

Behold, seven other cattle came up after them out of the river, ugly and thin, and stood by the other cattle on the brink of the river.

Und es fraßen die Kühe von schlechtem Aussehen und magerem Fleisch die sieben dicken Kühe von schönem Aussehen. †Da wachte der Pharaoh auf.

Y que las vacas de fea vista y enjutas de carne devoraban á las siete vacas hermosas y muy gordas. Y despertó Faraón.

And the ill favoured and leanfleshed kine did eat up the seven well favoured and fat kine. So Pharaoh awoke.

The ugly and thin cattle ate up the seven sleek and fat cattle. So Pharaoh awoke.

Als er †wieder einschlief, träumte er ein zweites Mal. Und siehe, sieben Ähren wuchsen an einem Halm, †sie waren fett (dick) und gut †aussehend.

Durmióse de nuevo, y soñó la segunda vez: Que siete espigas llenas y hermosas subían de una sola caña:

And he slept and dreamed the second time: and, behold, seven ears of corn came up upon one stalk, rank and good.

He slept and dreamed a second time; and behold, seven heads of grain came up on one stalk, healthy and good.

Und siehe, sieben †weitere Ähren, mager (dünn) und versengt †vom Ostwind, sprossen nach ihnen.

Y que otras siete espigas menudas y abatidas del Solano, salían después de ellas:

And, behold, seven thin ears and blasted with the east wind sprung up after them.

Behold, seven heads of grain, thin and blasted with the east wind, sprung up after them.

Und es verschlangen (verschluckten) die sieben mageren Ähren die sieben fetten und vollen Ähren. †Da wachte der Pharaoh auf und siehe, †es war ein Traum (und bemerkte, dass es ein Traum war).

Y las siete espigas menudas devoraban á las siete espigas gruesas y llenas. Y despertó Faraón, y he aquí que era sueño.

And the seven thin ears devoured the seven rank and full ears. And Pharaoh awoke, and, behold, it was a dream.

The thin heads of grain swallowed up the seven healthy and full ears. Pharaoh awoke, and behold, it was a dream.

{Es geschah} Am nächsten Morgen war das Gemüt (Geist, Seele) des Pharaohs beunruhigt. Und er sandte †Boten aus und rief (ließ rufen) alle Weissager Ägyptens und alle seine (Ägyptens) Gelehrten (Zauberer). Es gab aber niemanden, der sie (die Träume) dem Pharaoh deuten (auslegen) konnte.

Y acaeció que á la mañana estaba agitado su espíritu; y envió é hizo llamar á todos los magos de Egipto, y á todos sus sabios: y contóles Faraón sus sueños, mas no había quien á Faraón los declarase.

And it came to pass in the morning that his spirit was troubled; and he sent and called for all the magicians of Egypt, and all the wise men thereof: and Pharaoh told them his dream; but there was none that could interpret them unto Pharaoh.

In the morning, his spirit was troubled, and he sent and called for all of Egypt’s magicians and wise men. Pharaoh told them his dreams, but there was no one who could interpret them to Pharaoh.

Da sprach der oberste Mundschenk mit dem Pharaoh {wie folgt}: Ich habe mich heute an meine Verfehlungen (Sünden) erinnert.

Entonces el principal de los coperos habló á Faraón, diciendo: Acuérdome hoy de mis faltas:

Then spake the chief butler unto Pharaoh, saying, I do remember my faults this day:

Then the chief cup bearer spoke to Pharaoh, saying, “I remember my faults today.

Damals zürnte (war ärgerlich, wütend) der Pharaoh über seinen Diener, so dass er mich in Bewachung (Aufsicht, Haft) †ins Haus des obersten Leibwächters (Anführers der Leibwächter) gab, mich und den obersten Bäcker.

Faraón se enojó contra sus siervos, y á mí me echó á la prisión de la casa del capitán de los de la guardia, á mí y al principal de los panaderos:

Pharaoh was wroth with his servants, and put me in ward in the captain of the guard’s house, both me and the chief baker:

Pharaoh was angry with his servants, and put me in custody in the house of the captain of the guard, with the chief baker.

Und wir träumten in der Nacht einen Traum, ich und er, jeder gemäß der Bedeutung (Auslegung, Deutung) seines Traums haben wir geträumt.

Y yo y él vimos un sueño una misma noche: cada uno soñó conforme á la declaración de su sueño.

And we dreamed a dream in one night, I and he; we dreamed each man according to the interpretation of his dream.

We dreamed a dream in one night, he and I. Each man dreamed according to the interpretation of his dream.

Und dort mit uns †war ein hebräischer Junge, †ein Diener des obersten Leibwächters. Als wir ihm †davon erzählten, deutete er uns unsere Träume. Jedem †von uns gemäß seinem Traum hat er gedeutet.

Y estaba allí con nosotros un mozo Hebreo, sirviente del capitán de los de la guardia; y se lo contamos, y él nos declaró nuestros sueños, y declaró á cada uno conforme á su sueño.

And there was there with us a young man, an Hebrew, servant to the captain of the guard; and we told him, and he interpreted to us our dreams; to each man according to his dream he did interpret.

Und {es geschah} wie er uns gedeutet hatte, so geschah es: Mich hat man in mein Amt zurückkehren lassen (zurückgebracht), ihn aber hat man aufgehängt.

Y aconteció que como él nos declaró, así fué: á mí me hizo volver á mi puesto, é hizo colgar al otro.

And it came to pass, as he interpreted to us, so it was; me he restored unto mine office, and him he hanged.

As he interpreted to us, so it was. He restored me to my office, and he hanged him.”

Und es sandte der Pharaoh aus und ließ Josef rufen (rief Josef). Und sie ließen ihn laufen (holten ihn schnell) aus dem Gefängnis. Und er rasierte sich, wechselte seine Kleider (zog sich um) und kam zum Pharaoh.

Entonces Faraón envió y llamó á José; é hiciéronle salir corriendo de la cárcel, y le cortaron el pelo, y mudaron sus vestidos, y vino á Faraón.

Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they brought him hastily out of the dungeon: and he shaved himself, and changed his raiment, and came in unto Pharaoh.

Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they brought him hastily out of the dungeon. He shaved himself, changed his clothing, and came in to Pharaoh.

Und es sprach der Pharaoh zu Josef: Ich habe einen Traum geträumt. Es gibt aber niemanden, der ihn deuten kann (deutet). Ich habe über dich (von dir) gehört {Folgendes}: Wenn du einen Traum hörst, kannst du ihn deuten.

Y dijo Faraón á José: Yo he tenido un sueño, y no hay quien lo declare; mas he oído decir de ti, que oyes sueños para declararlos.

And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I have dreamed a dream, and there is none that can interpret it: and I have heard say of thee, that thou canst understand a dream to interpret it.

Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I have dreamed a dream, and there is no one who can interpret it. I have heard it said of you, that when you hear a dream you can interpret it.”

Und es antwortete Josef dem Pharaoh {Folgendes}: Ich komme nicht in Betracht. Gott wird zum Wohlergehen (Frieden) des Pharaos antworten.

Y respondió José á Faraón, diciendo: No está en mí; Dios será el que responda paz á Faraón.

And Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying, It is not in me: God shall give Pharaoh an answer of peace.

Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying, “It isn’t in me. God will give Pharaoh an answer of peace.”

Und es sprach der Pharaoh zu Josef: In meinem Traum, siehe, da stand ich am Ufer des Flusses (Nils).

Entonces Faraón dijo á José: En mi sueño parecíame que estaba á la orilla del río:

And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, In my dream, behold, I stood upon the bank of the river:

Pharaoh spoke to Joseph, “In my dream, behold, I stood on the brink of the river;

Und siehe, aus dem Fluss stiegen Kühe, fett †vom Fleisch und schön †von Gestalt, und sie weideten im Gras.

Y que del río subían siete vacas de gruesas carnes y hermosa apariencia, que pacían en el prado:

And, behold, there came up out of the river seven kine, fatfleshed and well favoured; and they fed in a meadow:

and behold, seven fat and sleek cattle came up out of the river. They fed in the marsh grass;

. Und siehe, sieben andere Kühe stiegen nach ihnen †aus dem Fluss, sehr schwach (elend) und hässlich (schlecht) †von Gestalt, und mager †vom Fleisch. Im ganzen Land Ägypten habe ich nicht so schlecht †aussehende (hässliche) wie sie gesehen.

Y que otras siete vacas subían después de ellas, flacas y de muy fea traza; tan extenuadas, que no he visto otras semejantes en toda la tierra de Egipto en fealdad:

And, behold, seven other kine came up after them, poor and very ill favoured and leanfleshed, such as I never saw in all the land of Egypt for badness:

and behold, seven other cattle came up after them, poor and very ugly and thin, such as I never saw in all the land of Egypt for ugliness.

Und es fraßen die mageren und hässlichen Kühe die sieben ersteren, fetten Kühe.

Y las vacas flacas y feas devoraban á las siete primeras vacas gruesas:

And the lean and the ill favoured kine did eat up the first seven fat kine:

The thin and ugly cattle ate up the first seven fat cattle;

Und sie (die fetten Kühe) gelangten in ihren Leib (den Leib der mageren Kühe), aber es war nicht erkennbar, dass sie in ihren Leib gelangt waren, denn (und) ihr Aussehen war †immer noch genauso schlecht wie am Anfang. Da wachte ich auf.

Y entraban en sus entrañas, mas no se conocía que hubiesen entrado en ellas, porque su parecer era aún malo, como de primero. Y yo desperté.

And when they had eaten them up, it could not be known that they had eaten them; but they were still ill favoured, as at the beginning. So I awoke.

and when they had eaten them up, it couldn’t be known that they had eaten them, but they were still ugly, as at the beginning. So I awoke.

Und ich sah (lies: fand mich wieder) in meinem Traum. Und siehe, sieben Ähren wuchsen (stiegen auf) an einem Halm, voll(e) und schön(e) (gute).

Vi también soñando, que siete espigas subían en una misma caña llenas y hermosas;

And I saw in my dream, and, behold, seven ears came up in one stalk, full and good:

I saw in my dream, and behold, seven heads of grain came up on one stalk, full and good;

Und siehe, sieben unfruchtbare (harte), dünne, †vom Ostwind versengte Ähren sprossen nach ihnen.

Y que otras siete espigas menudas, marchitas, abatidas del Solano, subían después de ellas:

And, behold, seven ears, withered, thin, and blasted with the east wind, sprung up after them:

and behold, seven heads of grain, withered, thin, and blasted with the east wind, sprung up after them.

Und es verschlangen (verschluckten) die dünnen Ähren die sieben schönen Ähren. Und ich erzählte †den Traum den Gelehrten (Zauberern), es gab (gibt) aber keinen, der mir Klarheit verschaffen konnte (kann, könnte).

Y las espigas menudas devoraban á las siete espigas hermosas: y helo dicho á los magos, mas no hay quien me lo declare.

And the thin ears devoured the seven good ears: and I told this unto the magicians; but there was none that could declare it to me.

The thin heads of grain swallowed up the seven good heads of grain. I told it to the magicians, but there was no one who could explain it to me.”

Und es sagte Josef dem Pharaoh: †Der Traum (lies vielleicht besser: die Träume) des Pharao, er ist ein einziger (einer). Was Gott im Begriff ist zu tun, hat er dem Pharaoh †damit offenbart (erzählt, kundgetan).

Entonces respondió José á Faraón: El sueño de Faraón es uno mismo: Dios ha mostrado á Faraón lo que va á hacer.

And Joseph said unto Pharaoh, The dream of Pharaoh is one: God hath shewed Pharaoh what he is about to do.

Joseph said to Pharaoh, “The dream of Pharaoh is one. What God is about to do he has declared to Pharaoh.

Die sieben schönen Kühe, sie †bedeuten sieben Jahre. Und die sieben schönen Ähren, sie †bedeuten sieben Jahre. Es ist ein †einziger Traum.

Las siete vacas hermosas siete años son; y las espigas hermosas son siete años: el sueño es uno mismo.

The seven good kine are seven years; and the seven good ears are seven years: the dream is one.

The seven good cattle are seven years; and the seven good heads of grain are seven years. The dream is one.

Und die sieben mageren und hässlichen Kühe, die nach ihnen aufgestiegen sind, sie †bedeuten sieben Jahre. Und die sieben leeren, vom Ostwind versengten Ähren, sie werden sieben Jahre der Hungersnot sein.

También las siete vacas flacas y feas que subían tras ellas, son siete años; y las siete espigas menudas y marchitas del Solano, siete años serán de hambre.

And the seven thin and ill favoured kine that came up after them are seven years; and the seven empty ears blasted with the east wind shall be seven years of famine.

The seven thin and ugly cattle that came up after them are seven years, and also the seven empty heads of grain blasted with the east wind; they will be seven years of famine.

Das †meinte ich mit dem Wort, das ich dem Pharaoh gesagt habe: Was Gott im Begriff ist zu tun, hat er den Pharaoh sehen lassen (dem Pharaoh gezeigt).

Esto es lo que respondo á Faraón. Lo que Dios va á hacer, halo mostrado á Faraón.

This is the thing which I have spoken unto Pharaoh: What God is about to do he sheweth unto Pharaoh.

That is the thing which I have spoken to Pharaoh. God has shown Pharaoh what he is about to do.

Siehe, sieben Jahre kommen von großer Fülle (Überfluss, Reichtum) im ganzen Land Ägypten.

He aquí vienen siete años de grande hartura en toda la tierra de Egipto:

Behold, there come seven years of great plenty throughout all the land of Egypt:

Behold, seven years of great plenty throughout all the land of Egypt are coming.

Und es werden nach ihnen sieben Jahre der Hungersnot entstehen (bestehen), und es wird die ganze Fülle vergessen sein im Land Ägypten, und die Hungersnot wird das Land vertilgen.

Y levantarse han tras ellos siete años de hambre; y toda la hartura será olvidada en la tierra de Egipto; y el hambre consumirá la tierra;

And there shall arise after them seven years of famine; and all the plenty shall be forgotten in the land of Egypt; and the famine shall consume the land;

Seven years of famine will arise after them, and all the plenty will be forgotten in the land of Egypt. The famine will consume the land,

Und die Fülle wird nicht †mehr erkennbar sein (erkannt werden) im Land angesichts jener Hungersnot danach (nach ihr), denn sehr schwer (schwerwiegend, groß) wird sie sein.

Y aquella abundancia no se echará de ver á causa del hambre siguiente, la cual será gravísima.

And the plenty shall not be known in the land by reason of that famine following; for it shall be very grievous.

and the plenty will not be known in the land by reason of that famine which follows; for it will be very grievous.

Und dass sich der Traum dem Pharaoh {zweimal} wiederholt hat, †bedeutet, dass die Sache (das Wort) feststeht (beschlossen ist) bei Gott und †dass Gott sich beeilt, †sie auszuführen.

Y el suceder el sueño á Faraón dos veces, significa que la cosa es firme de parte de Dios, y que Dios se apresura á hacerla.

And for that the dream was doubled unto Pharaoh twice; it is because the thing is established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass.

The dream was doubled to Pharaoh, because the thing is established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass.

Jetzt aber möge der Pharaoh einen verständigen (klugen) und weisen Mann ausersehen (auswählen, ausfindig machen) und ihn über das Land Ägypten setzen.

Por tanto, provéase ahora Faraón de un varón prudente y sabio, y póngalo sobre la tierra de Egipto.

Now therefore let Pharaoh look out a man discreet and wise, and set him over the land of Egypt.

“Now therefore let Pharaoh look for a discreet and wise man, and set him over the land of Egypt.

Der Pharao möge es †so tun, dass er Aufseher (Gouverneure, Verwalter) über das Land bestimme. Und er möge das Land Ägypten †mit dem fünften †Teil der Ernte als Steuer belegen in den sieben Jahren der Fülle.

Haga esto Faraón, y ponga gobernadores sobre el país, y quinte la tierra de Egipto en los siete años de la hartura;

Let Pharaoh do this, and let him appoint officers over the land, and take up the fifth part of the land of Egypt in the seven plenteous years.

Let Pharaoh do this, and let him appoint overseers over the land, and take up the fifth part of the land of Egypt’s produce in the seven plenteous years.

Und sie (die Aufseher) sollen die ganzen Nahrungsmittel (Nahrung, Essen, Vorräte) dieser kommenden guten Jahre sammeln und sie sollen Getreide anhäufen unter der Verfügung (Hand, Autorität) des Pharaos †als Nahrungsmittel in den Städten und †es (auf)bewahren.

Y junten toda la provisión de estos buenos años que vienen, y alleguen el trigo bajo la mano de Faraón para mantenimiento de las ciudades; y guárdenlo.

And let them gather all the food of those good years that come, and lay up corn under the hand of Pharaoh, and let them keep food in the cities.

Let them gather all the food of these good years that come, and store grain under the hand of Pharaoh for food in the cities, and let them keep it.

Und die Nahrungsmittel sollen dem Land zum Vorrat sein für die sieben Jahre der Hungersnot, die im Land Ägypten sein werden, so dass das Land in der Hungersnot nicht verwüstet werden wird.

Y esté aquella provisión en depósito para el país, para los siete años del hambre que serán en la tierra de Egipto; y el país no perecerá de hambre.

And that food shall be for store to the land against the seven years of famine, which shall be in the land of Egypt; that the land perish not through the famine.

The food will be to supply the land against the seven years of famine, which will be in the land of Egypt; so that the land will not perish through the famine.”

Und das (Josefs) Wort war gut in den Augen des Pharaoh und den Augen aller seiner Untergebenen.

Y el negocio pareció bien á Faraón, y á sus siervos.

And the thing was good in the eyes of Pharaoh, and in the eyes of all his servants.

Und der Pharaoh sagte zu seinen Untergebenen: Ist †jemals ein Mann wie dieser gefunden worden, in dem der Hauch (Geist) Gottes ist?

Y dijo Faraón á sus siervos: ¿Hemos de hallar otro hombre como éste, en quien haya espíritu de Dios?

And Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find such a one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is?

Pharaoh said to his servants, “Can we find such a one as this, a man in whom is the Spirit of God?”

Und der Pharaoh sagte zu Josef: Nachdem Gott dich das alles wissen (erkennen) lassen hat, gibt es niemanden, der verständig und weise ist wie du.

Y dijo Faraón á José: Pues que Dios te ha hecho saber todo esto, no hay entendido ni sabio como tú:

And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Forasmuch as God hath shewed thee all this, there is none so discreet and wise as thou art:

Pharaoh said to Joseph, “Because God has shown you all of this, there is no one so discreet and wise as you.

Du sollst über meinem Haus sein und deinem Wort soll mein ganzes Volk gehorchen Nur †um den Thron soll (will, werde) ich größer sein als du.

Tú serás sobre mi casa, y por tu dicho se gobernará todo mi pueblo: solamente en el trono seré yo mayor que tú.

Thou shalt be over my house, and according unto thy word shall all my people be ruled: only in the throne will I be greater than thou.

You shall be over my house. All my people will be ruled according to your word. Only in the throne I will be greater than you.”

Und der Pharaoh sagte zu Josef: Siehe, hiermit setze ich dich über das ganze Land Ägypten.

Dijo más Faraón á José: He aquí yo te he puesto sobre toda la tierra de Egipto.

And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, See, I have set thee over all the land of Egypt.

Pharaoh said to Joseph, “Behold, I have set you over all the land of Egypt.”

Und der Pharaoh zog seinen Siegelring von der Hand und er setzte ihn auf die Hand Josefs. Und er kleidete ihn in ein Gewand (Kleider) aus Leinen und legte ihm eine goldene Kette um den Hals.

Entonces Faraón quitó su anillo de su mano, y púsolo en la mano de José, é hízole vestir de ropas de lino finísimo, y puso un collar de oro en su cuello;

And Pharaoh took off his ring from his hand, and put it upon Joseph’s hand, and arrayed him in vestures of fine linen, and put a gold chain about his neck;

Pharaoh took off his signet ring from his hand, and put it on Joseph’s hand, and arrayed him in robes of fine linen, and put a gold chain about his neck.

Und er ließ ihn auf seinem zweiten Wagen (Prunkwagen) fahren, und sie (seine Diener) riefen vor ihm †her: Kniet nieder! Und †so setzte er ihn über das ganze Land Ägypten.

E hízolo subir en su segundo carro, y pregonaron delante de él: Doblad la rodilla: y púsole sobre toda la tierra de Egipto.

And he made him to ride in the second chariot which he had; and they cried before him, Bow the knee: and he made him ruler over all the land of Egypt.

Und der Pharaoh sagte zu Josef: Ich bin der Pharaoh, aber ohne dich soll niemand seine Hand und seinen Fuß heben im ganzen Land Ägypten.

Y dijo Faraón á José: Yo Faraón; y sin ti ninguno alzará su mano ni su pie en toda la tierra de Egipto.

And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I am Pharaoh, and without thee shall no man lift up his hand or foot in all the land of Egypt.

Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I am Pharaoh. Without you, no man shall lift up his hand or his foot in all the land of Egypt.”

Und der Pharaoh gab Josef den Namen (Titel) Zafenat-Paneach, und er gab ihm Asenat, die Tochter Potiferas, des Priesters von On (Heliopolis), zur Frau. Und Josef zog hinaus über das Land Ägypten.

Y llamó Faraón el nombre de José, Zaphnath-paaneah; y dióle por mujer á Asenath, hija de Potipherah, sacerdote de On. Y salió José por toda la tierra de Egipto.

And Pharaoh called Joseph’s name Zaphnath-paaneah; and he gave him to wife Asenath the daughter of Poti-pherah priest of On. And Joseph went out over all the land of Egypt.

Pharaoh called Joseph’s name Zaphenath-Paneah. He gave him Asenath, the daughter of Potiphera priest of On as a wife. Joseph went out over the land of Egypt.

Und Josef war 30 Jahre alt, als er vor dem Pharaoh stand (vor den Pharaoh trat), dem König Ägyptens. Und Josef zog hinaus vom Pharaoh und durchquerte (reiste durch) das ganze Land Ägypten.

Y era José de edad de treinta años cuando fué presentado delante de Faraón, rey de Egipto: y salió José de delante de Faraón, y transitó por toda la tierra de Egipto.

And Joseph was thirty years old when he stood before Pharaoh king of Egypt. And Joseph went out from the presence of Pharaoh, and went throughout all the land of Egypt.

Und die Erde schuf in sieben Jahren {die} Fülle im Überfluss (wörtlich: Handvoll).

E hizo la tierra en aquellos siete años de hartura á montones.

And in the seven plenteous years the earth brought forth by handfuls.
