Als nun Ruben wieder zur Zisterne kam, da war Joseph nicht mehr in der Zisterne! Da zerriß er seine Kleider,

Y Rubén volvió á la cisterna, y no halló á José dentro, y rasgó sus vestidos.

And Reuben returned unto the pit; and, behold, Joseph was not in the pit; and he rent his clothes.

Reuben returned to the pit, and saw that Joseph wasn’t in the pit; and he tore his clothes.
